Yousuf is simply amazing! He was so accommodating and made sure to show me what I could afford and not just try to make a sale. I would highly recommend them for all appliances. They even removed the old washer and dryer.

Great customer service. Salesman truly cares! Best price i could find on mattress and bed with great quality products and fast same day shipping! I would shop here over any other furniture store. He also offered to show me other items that were available online. I’ll definitely be telling all of my friends about empire as well!

I bought 2 ovens and within less than 30 days started having problems with both of them. They were still under warranty and l never could get any help with fixing them. I had to keep calling trying to get them to fix their own appliances. The customer service was horrible after l purchased the items and paid them both within 90 day period. Finally after calling for 4 months they finally traded it for another oven.
