I just left Empire Appliances & Furniture & I am by far impressed with my deal. Yosuf was very communicative, helpful, and a true businessman. He was so helpful and very attention to detail for his customers. As women we never get good deals and always “get got” and I did NOT leave feeling that way. Easy to work with. Brand new appliances with little scratches or dents that doesn’t me at all and sometimes you can barely see. Almost half price from all the big names for the exact same thing. That’s a no brainer.

Everyone here was so nice and accommodating. It was a hot day and they all offered us multiple bottles of cold water to make sure we were comfortable. I feel that the customer service I received here should be something other companies would want to emulate. I got a great deal on a great product and it is working perfectly. I came to this location because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. Give it a try and I’m sure you will also be just pleased with all the wonderful people here. This place is AWESOME! My refrigerator went out yesterday and my nephew Nathan Cochran told me to come to his job. When I got there it was within minutes to finding what I needed. The atmosphere was great and the sales person Ali was very professional.

Our second time purchase with Empire! They welcomed us back and got us exactly what we needed! Ali showed us their newest items and made us a great deal on a new refrigerator and couch set!! We purchased our Samsung washer and dryer over a year ago from Empire and they running well. So there was not no hesitation on coming back for our appliance needs!

Ali, was amazing. Such a big help. He explained about connections needed for appliances and the difference between gas and electric dryer. I came to get one thing and end up leaving with a refrigerator, washer and dryer for my new home. The application process took 3 minutes.I appreciate your help.
