Bianca and her team are wonderful we ordered scrubs for our office the selection was great and amazing customer service. Got them embroidered and got them back very quickly. Thank you for all your help we will continue to get our scrubs with this location.

I have to say Miss Bianca is amazing. She took the time to hear me out from taking the order for coworkers and myself. Also making changes To our embroidery and logo. To make sure everything was correct she made sure she sent me a picture of how we wanted everything done and it was great. She went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. Thank you so much for all your hard work and understanding and patience with us..

I deeply regret having done business with Scrubs & Beyond. As an ethical and reputable OB/GYN, I expect honesty and accountability from the companies I purchase from. Unfortunately, this company has shown neither.
I ordered medical scrubs and never received them, even though the tracking number shows them as “delivered.” I immediately contacted customer service, but instead of offering any assistance or investigating the issue, they simply told me there was nothing they could do because FedEx marked the package as delivered. That was the end of the conversation — no follow-up, no resolution, no responsibility.
This is not how a trustworthy company operates. I have effectively lost my money and received nothing in return. I would strongly advise other healthcare professionals and consumers to avoid Scrubs & Beyond. If anything goes wrong, they will not stand by their customers. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Store hours on the door and online say 8 AM, went today before work at 834 AM and store is not open. I am in inconvenienced and disappointed

Went in looking for some new scrubs. We were met by Destinee at the door. She lead us through the store, looking at different options. She let us discover our favorites without hovering over us. Which was much appreciated. She communicated with us well. I will say some colors in the store are unlimited but I’ll definitely be coming back when needed.

Bianca at the Scrubs & Beyond was excellent from start to finish. From answering the phone, providing options to make the best decision in selecting my product, and in-person customer service was top notch. I highly recommend visiting here for all of your clothing needs.
