Raises the rates after 2-3 months. Started at $100 and am now paying $175 after ~7 months. Office people could be nicer too.

The establishment was as advertised. Bri, took the time to show me around and got me setup for a storage space expeditiously. She was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this business!

Very easy process. I reserved my space online and 2 different people called me back to confirm my reservation. I didn’t get a chance to come in prior to arriving with my movers and their truck. I was worried that it would take a long time and further delay my move. However much to my surprise Kyrie help helped me set up and get access to my storage unit in under five minutes. Her pleasant attitude and light hearted banter helped to ease what was otherwise a very stressful moving day! The place is clean, well lit, and appears very safe.
