First of all, Ryan, the manager, is the man! He rocks! However, I hate this storage facility that he works at. I’ve had my belongings robbed from this “secured” facility in excess of $17K. Their facility doesn’t work when I go there. However, management is very good about customer service. Just two days ago the facility was broken again and I couldn’t access my storage unit at 8:30pm on a Friday. I then called customer service and they put me in touch with management. Management then sent a rock star person (Ryan) to help on the scene and he was there in 15 minutes! I did not expect this. So Ryan shows up and chills the situation and was extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous. He went out of his way over and above my expectations to allow me access to my storage locker. Again, I didn’t expect him to do this on a late Friday night. The man is a gentleman and a very stand up guy. He needs to be promoted and assigned to a larger facility with more responsibility.

The staff of CubeSmart is amazing. Everyone is great. Ryan and Bree always go above and beyond to help me if I need it. I highly recommend CubeSmarr on Richmond for any of your storage needs.

Rented a storage unit here for about 4 months and everything went very smoothly. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend everyone to try this facility. Bri and Ryan were very welcoming and insightful throughout the leasing process.

Have used this storage space a couple of times over the years as a pretty central location within the city; every time Bri and Ryan have been amazing! Professional, polite, know their stuff and quick to answer any questions I’ve had every time.10/10 Would choose this location again

Best service by far of any previous storages I've uses before. The employee, "Brian" was quick to help me carry the mass of objects I was juggling, and made sure I didnt break anything. Personable, and helpful, made me feel welcome despite the mess my clumsiness would have made without the extra hand. Much Appreciated!
