My first and last time shopping here.
The prices are elevated compared with similar stores, considering most of them are exported from Latin America (México and Central America) and also their own and american brands.
The cashiers are rude. Don't waste your time greeting them or asking for something.
Pros: variety of fresh meat ( affordable prices), fruits, and vegetables.
Cons: rude service and helpless staff, high prices, shopping cart are in poor condition.
Be careful at parking lot. Sometimes there are suspicious people around or people asking money at the entrance of the store.

Terrible service, the cashier and the packer only spend half an hour talking at the checkout. The manager does not give a solution to the tax withholding exception request, first and last time I visited this store.

I can always find just the products I'm searching for that usually aren't found at other grocery stores.
On weekends from 12 to 3 they sell roast meat and combo plates made right there to take away. They typically offer fresh waters in the summer and champurrado and atoles in the winter. What I like the most is the variety of fresh waters they prepare such as mamey water, barley water and other natural fruits.
