I received one of the best services here i’ve ever had by Leslie, she uplifted my mood and was very joyful. She was very easy to talk to and she immediately found exactly what i was looking for with me walking in there not having an idea what it was. She was super sweet and fun definitely recommend her for any help!!

NEVER use this store for delivery of items. The doordash driver they used for my order didnt think my tip was high enough so he returned the item to the store and they cancelled my order. If you use their same day delivery they will NOT help you if the driver decides you arent getting your order. Your money/time/schedule is 100% in the individual drivers hands and you will NOT get help if they decide they dont feel like delivering it.
Associates at this store were 100% unwilling to help in any way. They told me too bad so sad. Never shop here.

Nice branch of this chain. It was raining when I arrived and the greeter bagged my umbrella for me. Nice touch!
If you, like me, are looking for the BOPUS area, it is all the way at the back of the store. Bypass the line and someone back there will pull your order for you. Very helpful staff.

So I went to this location for an 60.00 full face makeover on 28th of Dec. I was pissed off when I got in my car as I can finally see the results. I was very disappointed and embarrassed to say the least that the makeup artist thought this was an good job and worth the 60 I paid. On top of lashes 7.00 and I gave her an 9.00 tip. This is bullcrap the way I walked out of sephora. Never again will I ever let someone touch my face. Idk why she was spraying and putting all this powder and stuff on my face which doesn't even match my skin. She never tested any makeup on me to get the right color on top of that. I'm sorry to say but shanta does not need to be doing anymore makeovers period. Pics below. I don't even want to post pics because it looks like a kid did my face. That is not even my skin color idk where she got that from. This is just unacceptable. And they don't do refunds.. smh. This need to be rectified.

I went here to buy a hair treatment but didn't know the product’s function or what kind of hair would suit it because there are so many options. The salespeople are friendly and have taught me much about protecting my hair. It is a very satisfying shopping.

At the recommendation of my sister, I booked at Rice Village with Erika for Full Face service. I ask for a "soft glam" look and she executed my request PERFECTLY!! Erika.is a true artist! The store manager, Ida, stopped by to check on us and was genuinely kind and professional. I will definitely be back!

When I asked the salesperson for help, she seemed very bothered and put off that I asked. She did show me the foundation brand I asked for, and when I said that I needed help finding the right color, she told me the testers were in the back row of the display and pointed to them. There was no offer of assistance from her other than that. Other sales associates were fully engaged with their customers; this one was rude and could not of cared less if I found what I needed.
