The online ordering and pickup is great. The parking is horrible though there are two designated pickup spots.

Kirstin and Karen and Mary are wonderful sales reps. Great Sephora location with a less strong chemical smell (which I appreciate) than the average Sephora. Less well-stocked than the Sawyer heights location, but faster line and nicer layout

Gia was an incredible help to my mom! Patient, attentive, helpful, creative with options, and has excellent customer-care! My mom wasn’t comfortable before entering but left feeling like a new person, thank you Gia!!

The experience was unpleasant because Sephora employees were profiling my family. I visited with my wife and daughter. We were dressed up. We were being watched from the time we entered the store. My wife was interested in a foundation, the employee immediately came over asked could she help and escorted her to a different product and cornered her in with another employee. They only told her that the product was better rather than explaining the product that she was interested in. The product she was interested in is near the door. I purchased the product that my wife was given and even signed up for their rewards program. My daughter made a purchase as well. Upon leaving, the same female staff is now waiting near the door asking me what I bought from the dog bakery store. I had a small bag (similar to the size of sephora bag) with me for which my wife made a purchase at the dog bakery. I pulled out the item; however, The female staff comes closer along with another female staff who is at the door to look inside the bag, not at the item I showed. None of Sephora’s tactics were subtle as it was apparent that the staff was not genuinely interested in you as a customer, but as a potential thief. Beware of Sephora. This was a new experience because my family never shops at sephora, my wife wears Dermablend and Mac, but decided to try because of our teenage daughter wanting to explore. Never again.Don’t bother reporting online to Sephora. Customer Service is facade; doing absolutely NOTHING.

I've been here several times to get my makeup done and I have always been satisfied. This time the customer service was poor by the makeup artist and I am disappointed with my makeup. My lash strip is above my lid line, I have glitter all on my face, my eyeshadow was not blended well and she had it touching my brows looking like a clown. She didn't bother to do my brows and the makeup is caked on. She didn't bother to match my skin color or ask what color lip I wanted. And she seemed to have an attitude when I asked her to correct my makeup.

While they provide a good selection of makeup, their displays are unorganized and consistently out of products. Customer service is helpful, often asking if you need assistance. I like the makeup products here a lot, and they have a good price to fit everyone’s price range. This is a good place to stop in the Village to browse makeup, skincare, and haircare products. I still only stop here if I’m looking for something specific though. It’s constantly packed and too crowded for my personal liking.

I hate to give the store as a whole a bad rating, because my review is specifically for the manager Phyllis. Phyllis is a poor example of leadership. Prior to my visit today, I phoned this location to inquire about an exchange however the phone went unanswered. Upon arrival, I then went directly to the register to which I spoke with Henry. I explained that I had two items that were well past the exchange window, in their original packaging, never used and receipt in hand. Henry told me no problem, he just asked that I select my items and come back to the register. After finding the items I wanted, Karen then offered to assist me to prevent me from waiting in line to which I gave her the spill as well, and she asked that I give her a moment to get an override. Phyllis was the manger she approached and the feedback was “no”, while Phyllis then proceeded into the back area. I expressed to Karen that I had already been told I could do the exchange to which she asked that I revisit with Henry. Henry did process the exchange as agreed upon, but the nerve of Phyllis to act with such unprofessionalism. As a manager, you should never put your employees on the front line with such negative and inadequate feedback. I was less than 5 steps away from Phyllis to which she could’ve exemplified leadership and spoke with me directly as to why the exchange wasn’t going to be granted, but to think “no” is acceptable or adequate in any setting as if you’re speaking with a child is extremely unacceptable. Please employ individuals who are capable of facilitating the responsibilities of their role respectfully and effectively.

I had a pleasant experience at this location when I went to get a perk facial. I was greeted with a warm welcome which I appreciated so much. I got the facial with Karin and she was amazing!! Good conversation and my face left feeling clean and refreshed!

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Maybe I wasn’t dressed “right” or didn’t look the part, because the lady that walked in after me got greeted and assisted. I I actually asked for help and still couldn’t get any. Teach your staff not to judge people.

This is for Gina from Saie. I have to be honest, I become irritated when Sephora employees hand me off to a brand rep because I come specifically for the Sephora Team’s recommendation as they’re educated on most all the products.*(I was a brand field educator for many years and from first hand experience, not all brand reps are created equal.)*I’ve always had mediocre experiences at this Sephora but this time I had the pleasure of being introduced to Gina from the Saie Team.It’s one thing to just listen, it’s a whole other skill to listen, evaluate and then pair a product to address someone’s specific concern. Gina asked great questions, she listened to my concerns and took a moment to think about her recommendations and then backed up those reccs with just the right amount of product knowledge. I haven’t had an experience like that with a brand in years.Gina, you are seriously set apart. Big big things in your future girl. Thank you for your time and energy!

I always have a good shopping experience here. And now they deliver same day, you can’t beat that! It’s only $6 or $7 and it’s worth it to not have to look for parking ?

Brought my wife here and had to pay for Parking, any other store Ive taken her to has never charged for parking however they also did her refund in a timely manor which I do appreciate... shouldn't have to pay for parking tho that's ridiculous

I had been shopping with Sephora for long time. This time I made a quick stop to exchange one of the product as I needed one shade lighter. The lady assisted me was surprised when I asked for lighter one. When I asked her to help me to find a best match, she told “definitely you are not fair?’.. I was very surprised with this kind of customer service at this location. I will never come back to this store.

This is the best location in the city because of one reason and one reason only. There is a cast member there by the name of Sheila who is the star of Sephora. She is the most knowledgeable and happiest person I’ve ever met. Because of her, I shop this location only.

My friend and I decided to visit this location recently and we were so off put by the whole experience. We went in with good vibes and the staff ruined it with their snarky comments and judgmental looks. The remark that got us was that we “had been shopping for a while”. Have they never seen people browse??
