This was my first time at this Sephora location and Adreana was super helpful!! She helped color match me to the product I wanted and it was a perfect match on the first swatch. She’s amazing and definitely knows what she’s doing.

In December I came to this Sephora and when I was paying I asked the cashier a question about the sale and she gave me attitude and was very dismissive. Yesterday I came back and another male cashier did the same thing. This store is always chaotic and never stocked up.

A big store with a huge selection. The downside is that it’s always crowded.

Online clearly states open until 7 on Sundays. Drove out of the way to pick up 2 things @ 6pm the doors were open and people were inside still shopping and they wouldn’t let me inside. Like what?! They said they close @ 6, but online it says 7. I was literally only getting 2 things, just running in and out. Like I said drive out of my way to come to this location because it said 7. Employees were rude and didn’t care and were all huddled together talking. I’ve watched them turn away too many people while there are so many inside still shopping. I don’t care if I’m being a “Karen” they should honor what it says online and fix their time it says on the website. What a waste of time and no compassion from employees.

Bad attention from the lady who is in the perfumery department, I'm trying the samples because I feel the trash cans are so small that they can't be seen and I put the paper pallets and I continued trying more perfumes and I pay attention to myself because I didn't put it there when I only put them in so as not to spread the smell that I wanted. I asked her for an apology but she harassed me about what I wanted and what I would pay with: Cash or card. I see that everyone was doing the same thing and I was almost voting for the products and she didn't want anything but she was specifically checking me. I felt uncomfortable and finally I gave her a gift card to check it and she told me that it only had one dollar and when I checked it in the application it had 99 dollars and the card was 100. She charged me a dollar to check it out. But she doesn't care about customer service, she just makes the sale and I understand that she gets paid for sales, but she should be a little kinder and more so with people who don't speak English well.

An extremely rude employee named Felipe (I believe it was a name along those lines) accused my daughter of stealing. He kicked her out of the store even though she had taken nothing. I expect better from Sephora. Now we have no idea if she is allowed back. Do better and fire this employee.

Sephora has great products. But the staffs at this location are known for bad performance in customer service, and we all experienced that today. Most of them rather stand around chit chat with their own staffs, than help out customers. When you do ask for a quick question, they stood in their own chit chat circle with other employees, but they don't want to help out. So they just fake it and point with their fingers and tell customers to go look for products somewhere else by themselves in the store, this happened twice with 2 different staffs at different aisles, while we were at this store location. On a side note, please have some of your employees follow the Guidelines of Sephora employee's Dress Code at this location. I am sure the Sephora head quarters wants to keep place of business meeting the standard requirements for a family friendly setting, with age appropriate environment for all customers to enjoy.

I love Sephora, in fact it’s one of my favorite stores ever. But I’ll never shop at this Sephora ever again. The customer service is terrible. Not 1 employee tried to help me or check on me. I even walked up to an employee for help and she walked right past me like she didn’t see or hear me.

I visited the store two Sundays back to back looking for a new product that had just been released at Sephora. Last Sunday I checked the app to make sure the product was in stock before I drove all the way out. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t know what the brand was and that they didn’t have it. I went and asked another employee if she could assist me, and I had to show it to her on my phone for her to believe that it was even in store. She said that it was in the back completely buried under boxes and she couldn’t get to it to sell it to me…even though it was available for in store pick up… I’ve worked in retail before so I understand it can be busy and decided to come back today (a week later). I asked if they had it and they said they were completely sold out. I checked my app after I left and it said that the item I wanted was in stock available for pick up within three hours at the same location… So they either lied to me or they do not have a handle on their inventory. It’s frustrating when all I want to do is give them my business and they can’t seem to find what I want.

A few weeks ago I had a terrible time at this Sephora. I love Sephora, but that day an employee was standing over me, watching to see if I was going to steal something. It made me have a very unpleasant time. Their employees are so arrogant and rude.

Incompetent staff. I was standing right in front of the cashier clerk and she yelled “next in line” while looking over me.
I had to tell her I was ready to check out. I had the items right in front of her waiting to be scanned.
Do better.
