I go to this Sephora since it is close to my house. I have purchased from Sephora for years. This particular time I went the customer service was horrible with the employees working except the cashiers. They were so interested in applying their own makeup at the mirror than help assist customers. That is so unprofessional to be putting on make up. They should do that before they start their shift. I am very amazed how the store can be bellow standard on customer service especially since this location is targeted to higher end people.

I was happy to find everything I needed in one place. I was in need of face cleanser, primer (the sephora collection smooth and blur?) and a tinted moisturizer. I loved everything I purchased.

Very bad customer service. I went with a friend and she was surprised that no one wanted to help her. We do not recommend them.

Visiting Houston and got to explore Galleria mall. This review is strictly on the customer service I received today. Everyone there is super friendly. Jeff was kind enough to help me find a good foundation and match it for me. He was kind and thorough with his explanations. I got checked out with Sam and she was great. She answered all of my questions with a smile.

Horrible management horrible customer service. Birthday gift sets were out of stock the whole month of December, on January 3rd at 6:30 the tall employee with curly hair on the first register was cashier, I tried to redeem my birthday gift since birthday gifts were stocked up. I was friendly and kind to the employee and I explained to her the situation, employee gave me horrible attitude and continued to interrupt me as I was trying to explain myself. Horrible employees, didn’t even apologize or nothing stayed quiet with her mean mugging face. Do better Sephora.

Worst Sephora experience ever, wanted to redeem my birthday gift. My first and second attempt failed as they were out of stock for birthday gifts, so lady consultant suggested me to come back after holidays when they expected presents arrival, that was later than expiration date of my gift what I told her, but she said it’s okay and we would be able to redeem it.Today I had my third visit - gifts are available, but I wasn’t able to redeem my gift as it’s expired. Tried to explain to manager that it was a guidance from their employee, but no luck, so I’m super disappointed. Don’t recommend that store to anyone.

I am a Rouge status: I like Sephora and enjoy shopping there BUT I was in Sephora today at the galleria location while browsing a saleswoman came up to me who appeared to be working exclusively for KAYALI (HUDA Beauty) Fragrances and gave me a slip of paper to smell one of the KAYALI scents on. She then told me something about the KAYALI fragrances being on sale (or something like that) I politely smelled the scent, listened, and immediately threw the slip of paper away. There was a KAYALI table set up in the back of the store in the fragrance area as well which is strange because I have never seen that before. Sephora must be having a hard time selling KAYALI and are trying to push it now. I have never and will never buy anything owned by Huda Kattan- so no HUDA beauty, KAYALI, skincare- wishful, and any other thing she has touched...... Sephora needs to get all of Huda Kattan's junk out of their stores.... I also do not want to go into Sephora and be approached by a saleswoman who is supporting and trying to sell me a product that supports a brand that is anti Semitic.... The lack of transparency sephora has shown about the desires of Huda beauty and every brand owned by Huda Kattan (kAYALI) is very unsettling.....Sephora keeping Huda kattans products in their stores is saying and supporting the same anti Semitic message Huda Kattan has made which is "I don't want blood money" (from Israeli- Jewish customers) so Sephora- you keeping Huda Kattans products in your store means you support her sentiments....
