Ashley R. did a wonderful job on my makeup and enhanced my natural beauty. Everyone I encountered in the store was so helpful and kind. This is the first Sephora I have been to where every employee greeted me. Customer service is definitely a priority at this location.

Bad customer service, they have a manager named Laura who never helps with anything, she just tells you to call Sephora online for things they do wrong in the store and treat customers poorly when they should be helping customers. The employees make really ugly faces at the customers. I don't understand how they have such rude employees, and even managers.

Renee killed it <3 This location has been better than others for the most part however my experience with Renee was over the top. I felt like I had a personal shopper. She was young and fun and felt like I had a little influencer showing me her favorite products and lip combos around the store, I spent like $200 extra because of her and have no regrets. Thanks girl!

I cannot put into words how unbelievably kind and helpful Stephanie at store 404 was. She was beyond knowledgeable, I suspect she is either getting her estheticians license, or she should be. She knew all about every product and she was able to tailor everything to my specific needs. I have a serious eczema problem and she was able to solve it in a few minutes where as licensed professionals haven't been able to solve it in years. This woman is a diamond and deserves to be manager or higher. This kind of customer service is unheard of. She treated me like I was a human and that is so rare these days. Stephanie deserve every ounce of praise! She is a genius and is amazing at her job. What is more important, is that she is human in a world that isn't.

The staff here is a bit much and discriminates against anyone who’s not young with rainbow hair and tons of piercings. They are the type that would throw a fit, throw tantrums and give you dirty looks if you even look like you could be conservative. Lol

Worst customer service ever. I went when it wasn’t busy and nobody acknowledged me. However, the white person that entered right behind me was greeted. Not the place to go if you are a person of color.

Worse service at the Highland location! I asked for help from several floor helpers, but none were interested in listening to what I was looking for or helping. One of the left was once unable to sell the product they were promoting. The cashier started
interrogating me when I mentioned that the service at the City Center location is much better. So rude!

At 40 years old, this was my first solo trip ever into a Sephora. Time was short. We were in Houston to see Beyonce, a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. Upon arriving, she realized she’d left several key makeup supplies back home. With so little time left, I was sent to Sephora…on my own and with a list of what was needed and a script I was intended to read to one of the staff there to make sure I found what was needed.
Leandra was my first stop at the checkout register. She was quick to jump into action and clearly understood the importance of the Beyonce-related makeup emergency. She passed me off to Sariah, who beared with me as I tried to explain everything. She read the script I was offered, used her hand to put several different products on for me to take pictures and send back for approval, and at one point even FaceTimed with my girlfriend to help guide us to everything that was needed for the concert that night.
As I was leaving, I got a last minute request for setting spray. Sariah passed me off to Christina to locate that. Christina was a huge help, and when one final request for another type of eye makeup came through, Christina pointed me to a product that, when I got back to the hotel with it, my girlfriend immediately recognized and praised as an amazing choice.
I had no clue what I was doing upon arriving and felt like I was about to be a huge burden on whoever was going to have to help me. Sariah in particular, but Christina and Leandra as well, all went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had the right products to take back and make the night successful. I’m extremely grateful to all three and hope management there gives them some exceptional accolades.

I had to leave a glowing review for the incredible staff at this Sephora location! A huge shoutout to Sariah, who made a lasting impression—not just on me, but on my boyfriend who came in on a mission to get me concert-ready for Beyoncé. As soon as he mentioned her name, the whole team jumped into action without missing a beat. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, and ready to slay.
Sariah was truly the MVP—she helped him find the perfect last-minute goodies, offered expert guidance, and even took the time to FaceTime with me to make sure everything was on point. She was so patient, excited, and knowledgeable, and made the process fast, fun, and seamless. I’m completely obsessed with everything she picked out—and not just for the concert, but for future events too!
While I didn’t get to personally meet them, my boyfriend made sure I also shouted out Christina and Leandra for being incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the experience.
This location has a true star staff, and it shows. I left feeling confident, excited, and ready to step into a new makeup adventure—and that’s exactly what Sephora is all about. Thank you all so much—you absolutely made my night and helped me feel like a star for Queen Bey!
