I had the best customer service here. Sam and Rita helped me out with an issue I was having in regards to an online order. They did everything to accommodate me and help me out. I highly appreciate this location. It's always stocked up with so much product. I literally love the customer service here.

My girl came in here with a list of things she wanted to exchange, fully expected to be here all night. Not on Jordan's watch. Literally knew the exact location of every single item in the requested color. I'm very appreciative and very impressed.

I've been to this location at least 3 times and the staff have been helpful each time. Some have asked if I need help with anything if no one is assisting and I'm looking around.I've been for a feature focus appointment to do makeup in the eye area. Specifically eyeshadow, eyebrows, and apply faux lashes. Don't remember the guy's name but he did pretty well. Mind you, I'm a novice with makeup and still learning. First time having a guy do my makeup ever.The other times I've been in the store was to figure out what concealer, foundation, and perfume to get. Got the most help on my last visit with foundation and it's because of this new tool they use, which involves taking a photo of your skin in 3 areas to determine which foundation fits you best. It wasn't always accurate and it depends on if you have any hyperpigmentation.I wish Sephora would offer free classes like they did in the past.

I honestly hate shopping at Sephora but this is the only place that sells certain exclusive brands like CT, Pat M, Makeup by Mario, higher end brands like Dior, Chanel, Givenchy etc ….I’m rouge status here (which means I buy a lot of makeup and know what I’m doing) and every single time I come here I have to deal with your too close for comfort staff…Stop asking me every 5 minutes if I need help..stop trying to give me your unwanted opinions or “hey let me show you this” or a “what are you looking for today?” questions….I can’t even look around in peace because I have your staff in my ear or I have them hovering over me like a hawk...I’ve been doing my makeup for over 20 years, I don’t need some 20 year to give me their advice I never asked for…This place annoys TF outta me.

Hor-ri-ble! DO NOT go here for make-up services! My experience was so bad I asked that the 60 minute service I had reserved by paying a deposit be stopped within the first 15 minutes. Oh, and the service was 15 minutes late. Those first 15 minutes of the actual service was spent looking for products, moisturizing, then the eyebrow debacle! They could not have looked worse which was the straw that broke this camel's back. This, even after an attempt by a senior (I assume) associate to correct my brow fill-in. No waxing, just a simple fill-in - meaning I already have decent brows!!! This destroyed my confidence in the ability of these technicians- because I don't feel comfortable calling them artists.My actual associate with whom my appointment was with was very nice. However, when I asked prior to leaving with my face looking worse than when I came in, if I could get lashes, she went to look for a set but returned stating: 1. There were no short black lashes in the store.2. Her nails were too long to apply them (the ones she returned with) and she would have to see "if" she could get someone else to apply them.I was certainly not willing to undergo another associate like the one who stepped in to assist with my brows earlier. I simply did not have time for her to administer another tutorial during my service, nor was I going to endure her very callous attitude.I can forgive the attempt but never the POOR customer service and overall lack of professionalism. Oh, did I mention I was STILL CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE after only being there for a botched 15 minutes out of the 60 minutes for which I paid!!! Keep that Sephora! I have and will be around a lot longer than you, God willing!My Breast Cancer Awareness Month will not be tainted as a Survivor because of this small lapse in customer service.

I’ve only been to this location twice. I’ve found everything I’ve needed. Only thing is that it doesn’t feel welcoming as some of the other reviews have stated.First time, I went in to purchase a foundation, bronzer, and blush. Even though I had already found my shade through the shade finder online, I always make sure that is the case and this is precisely why I like going into Sephora, for the assistance from people who are generally more knowledgeable when in comes to makeup. I was able to flag someone down after about five minutes but it felt as if I was causing some sort of inconvenience to her. Mind you, there were very few customers in store at the time (morning on a weekday).Second time I went in, there were a group of workers at the entrance, nobody greeted. I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly and someone did ask me if I was finding everything okay.Parking has never been an issue at this location, at least not during the week in the morning. Conveniently located.Overall, you can find what you need. Customer relations needs a bit of improvement. Next time I find myself in need of assistance, I’m more than likely to go to Nordstrom or Macy’s for it. Otherwise, i will keep ordering online.

The new manager Amanda is incompetent. She has colored hair, and typically in the front . She basically told me a specific foundation was not in stock when it was. I asked to check again because I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing, and she said NO i can’t check I have to finish training. One of the beauty experts ended up finding it. Unbelievable. This store is awful, I rather just purchase online.

This is my go to Sephora because it is right next to my house.. Have never had a bad experience. Leaving this review for my girl Tania who helped me out the other day, she told me they did not carry the shape tape from Tarte but sold me on the Hourglass concealer and omg I love it. Felt like she was genuine about what else she would recommend instead of just trying to sell me on something like they do at Ulta sometimes. Also, color matched me perfectly. Thank u Miss Tania!!! She was so nice, just like every other employee i have encountered at this location. Parking can be limited, but in the area it is in that is a given

Every experience I've had at this location has been bad. Either the place is empty and I can't get anybody to help me, or it's packed but every single employee is following me in that "we think you're shoplifting" way, asking me every 10 seconds if I need help while ignoring the customers who are actually trying to get help. You're better off dealing with Galleria parking and crowds instead of trying to shop here.

every time I go to this location, the employees follow me (and my sisters) around and repeatedly ask if we “need help”. they make it very obvious they think we’re stealing. it’s kind of racist because i noticed they didn’t do that with the white people that came in. they only followed and harassed the four latinos that were in there.we make sure to keep our hands out in the open so they won’t keep bothering us but it literally doesn’t stop till we pay for our stuff and leave.

If you look like a minority you will most likely not get greeted or helped. Went in one afternoon when it was not busy and no one asked if I needed help. Finally got asked if I needed help when I open their bottom drawers(which I shouldn’t but out desperation I did) looking for a product which I was hoping to find and buy. This is the second Sephora I go to and no one helps out.

I visited this Sephora this past Saturday and it was fantastic - the best customer service experience that I've had in a long time. The store was well staffed and well stocked. I was helped right away, the people I worked with were kind and patient, and I came away with a better solution than I expected. I visit Sephora locations frequently in and outside of Texas and this was the best visit in a long time. The staff and store manager went above and beyond. I hope this location keeps doing what they're doing, because they made it a pleasure to shop there!

Stephanie gave me some one on one support with matching my foundation & helping me choose a good concealer. All of the personnel were super attentive and accommodating.
