I have been to multiple sephora stores this one highly shifted my perspective. I had just bought clothes from lululemon and got shoes from footlocker so obviously i carried some bags. I wanted to make a quick stop because i was running out of a few products i had and I walked in the story i grabbed a basket and as i shopped around i put items in the basket, while i was walking towards the Charlotte tilbury isle i notice a employee standing there watching me but i didnt think any of it and i walked towards the perfumes and i noticed she was following me. There was also another employee organizing a shelf near us i heard her whisper “keep a close eye on the one near the perfumes, make sure her bag isnt filled with products” and nodded in agreement. I felt more disgusted, i walk away and put my basket down and left the store. This was Willowbrook Mall Houston Tx.

Walked in today to buy perfume..had bag on shoulder from JD shoe store and mango bowl from guy in middle of mall..Just had got hair done at Salon..i go to perfume display and i look and look waiting for one of girls..I look around I walk off and come back.Same thing go back to perfume display.make long story short was never helped or asked I just walked out and left.Missed a sell.THANKS

This location is absolutely filthy everything on the shelves had gunk dirt or someone's hair on it. My girl did not feel comfortable touching anything inside the store and wanted to immediately leave. I didn't even have the chance to take a picture to show how gross it was.

Today I visited looking for a new skincare mask. Jessica assisted me with great patience and communication while I browsed. She gave great recommendations and I left fully satisfied after choosing something new. She also sent me home with a sample that I plan to try out as well. If I am pleased I will come back and purchase the next time! Thank you so much!

I got directions and it's not located there anymore!Google and map quest sent me on a wild Goose chase!Even tried to call the store and it went to a recording saying they were unable to answer at this time! Come to find out it's now in willowbrook mall not in the annex( or strip center)Could have all been cleared up if they would answer their phone so needless to say...never went and won't now!

They are so rude, save yourself time and don’t go there, if you want to be treated goodTerrible management and customer service, basically they’re getting paid regardless if they have a good customer service or not?! This is the first time experiencing such rude behavior from Sephora

This review is relating to the beauty services (60 min full makeup services) I received yesterday. I had to book a last minute appointment the day before. I've never gone to Sephora's beauty specialists as my go-to make up artists before but I did not regret it at all! I was definitely worried, as I've heard of the horrors of counter makeover services, but Ashley was super personable and did a great job listening and asking questions to work with what I'm comfortable with while still being enough "glam" for my event. Definitely book with Ashley A if you can :)

I had a great experience shopping here. The staffs are very helpful and made sure I got the right makeup products matching my skin. However they did not come up to me, I had to go and ask for their help.. they were mostly busy chatting with each other lol.. I wish they paid more attention to their customers.. at one point I really felt lost.. the checkout counter lady was sweet. I love Sephora products.

The Willowbrook staff is lazy, rude, Thecall was dropped five times no one EVER answered. This is unacceptable. I like the Galleria, Woodlands locations. This location has a VERY low customer service rate. The Manager is rude along with the no diversity team.

Horrible staff. My friend and I had spend over 200 worth of makeup and other products. The Staff made us very uncomfortable and following us to the register. Would not recommend anyone to come here .

Recently stopped in for foundation and I was helped by Selena who was AWESOME and nailed my EXACT shade immediately in just ONE attempt and less than 3 minutes. I was skeptical because most consultants get it wrong, but I ended up very pleasantly surprised. So glad the cashier staff recommended Selena to assist. I'll definitely go back to request Selena because I could use other shade matching recommendations.

I wanted to make a quick stop here to get a foundation for my birthday makeup. I was in a rush, and Shanerica helped me in the most efficient and friendly way- she matched my skin and found a foundation that met all of my requirements. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience here.

Let me start off by saying the women at the register were very nice. That’s all I can say about this store. (Store visit 3/18/23) There was a man that wore a black hat that followed me (which me made it very hard to shop for concealer) around the store as of I was going to steal something. I for sure won’t be visiting this location again. Trust me I love Sephora and everything about it but I do NOT like how I was followed around as if I was going to take something without purchasing it. Very rude and off putting.
