I will give another great review for the Katy Mills location that went the extra mile to find a makeup artist to do my face for a special event occurring on a Wednesday. It's like they all take off on Wednesdays but Samantha came in for me. She did a beautiful job. It was fun as well. I liked the area they do the makeup is hidden from others for privacy. Highly recommend indulging yourself one day with Samantha.

My friend and I came in earlier today to shop in peace, a few of the employees were kind and asking if we needed help but one employee continuously followed and hovered over my friend and I making us incredibly uncomfortable. I can’t remember her name but she was a red haired hispanic woman, probably mid 30s. When checking out I unfortunately had her and she had the worst attitude imaginable. Unkind, rude, and very clearly attempting to rush my friend and I out of the store. We literally did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment and I truly hope something is done with this employee so no one has to face this unacceptable behavior again.

I want to say thank you to Harmony who was helping me on the floor today! I'm not too familiar with make-up but was interested in Patrick Ta products and she was able to help match my skin tone. I then wanted to choose a bronzer/blush mix and she was able to help with that as well! I really appreciate everything she did for me!As someone new to the make-up world and entering a pleothora of options, Harmony was able to help me find what I needed to begin this make-up journey! Thank you, Harmony!

I give 1 ⭐️star to the Sephora in Citi Center, on town and country Boulevard. The times I walked into that store , all the employees were constantly harassing me by asking me continuously if I’m done shopping , if I need help , if I need to check out , not to mention , the employees stare up and down at me , like if they are looking for hidden items in pockets . I caught an employee staring at me up & down from the back , I was watching her through a mirror. The employees are not being professional or friendly, they all look tense like they were trained to run people out of the storeI counted 48 times employees walked up to me asking me if I’m done shopping and if I’m need to check out. All I wanted to do is shop in peace.The store mentioned above , is the most horrible Sephora I’ve ever shopped at I won’t ever spend my money at this facility again after my last horrible experienceI should have learned the first time ,not to re-enter this store !!! Thumbs down ??

Byron was the Mua for my bday on July 16th, 2023. Byron is sooo amazingly kind and talented makeup artist. Thank God he did not disappoint on my special day . ( we've all had unexpected disappointments?) . Byron I hope and pray you will continue your great work with Sephora because I will be a returning customer. Did not have an great of a fragrance selection as I would have hoped, mostly empty shelves, particularly for men's cologne. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went here tonight (july 22, 2023) at 5 ish pm asking about some bronzi drops from drunk elephant which I know is a hot commodity right now but according to the app they have had it in stock for about a week now. I pretty much immediately went searching in the section and after not finding it i obviously asked for help, the girl I asked seemed nice at first but as our conversation went on it started to become short and condescending. to preface this my older sister and I have previously had problems with this store where they watched us like hawks, assuming we were stealing, which after feeling very unwelcomed we left. After deciding to give this location another chance and hardly being helped I was super disappointed. I recently checked the app again and it still is saying that they have it in stock and it just kind of upset me I highly doubt I will be back to this specific Sephora.

Overall the store is clean , However I applied for a card online & was approved - I get to the store they say they not able to locate my account - I show the lady the email showing I was approved - But still nothing - Pretty much they was not willing to help me figure this out I feel like this location have racist worker - the energy of the store was off - So I paid with Credit card they act as if I was trying to steal or do some type of identity theft- I go to the next location (memorial city mall) & BAM! They located my account !That was my 1st visit at this location & my last! Next time watch out for secret shoppers - Review shoppers etc. You never know.

Many products to choose from here. Which is great. They need more sephora workers to assist. So there are a good amount of customers looking from help. The other downside is that they don't have restrooms for their customers. You can spend 100s of dollars here but they can't offer rr to those who spend a good amount of hard earned $. I would recommend going to a actual sephora store as they have basic standards to care for their customers properly.The one in Katy has been good to me.

We all love Sephora but this particular Sephora definitely caters to a certain demographic and it's not people who look like me. I got a concealer from Sephora during the sale I returned it. I went to the register and the cashier with he red hair clear glasses and top lip piercing was the epitome of racial profiling. I gave her my receipt and told her i wanted to exchange the concealer for tatcha products (obviously i have to pay the difference) with a horrible attitude she ask "how am i suppose to return it without your email" i said you never asked for it and i gave you the receipt with the product on it. She then gave a nasty smirk and rolled her eyes. I then asked what email she used so i can get my 15% off she refused to tell me which email she selected and i only got 10%. So i asked her to call a manager and she refused she said, verbatim "what do i need to call a manager for? You got your refund what's the problem?". The manager came and as i am explaining i wanted to use a different email to get my 15% off she decided to completely cut me and was over Talkin me and the manager just sat there and let her lie and disrespect me. I will not be going to the Sephora ever again quite frankly any Sephora at that because being treated different because i don't look like who they cater too is enough to make me not spend my money there. I live in the neighborhood so this is my neighborhood Sephora. Every time i come in I'm followed, I'm watched, and when i have a return or exchange they act as if it's stolen.
