Is it necessary to get followed around the entire store and get constantly asked if I need help? If I said I was okay the first time and I’m just looking, then don’t ask me for another four times. I wanted to come here with my friends and enjoy the experience but instead we left completely uncomfortable and discriminated. I don’t know what the issue is by judging young women and thinking we are here to fool around and steal. Totally unprofessional and this needs to be worked on. I am here to shop, not to steal. Stop with the constant following. Do better please.

I enjoy my visit every time. Everyone greeted me with a smile and eager to assist. The vibe was great and my consultant ( Tory, I think is his name)was very knowledgeable and smooth.
I was color matched ( color IQ) and found the perfect foundation for my skin concerns. I also found some extra goodies such as a Skin exfoliater, lip liner, concealer, and a toner.
Tory was so sweet and patient with me, overall a great listener. I will continue to come back as long as he is here. I only trust him with my skin and my purchases. It is difficult to find a consultant that is professional and has a great vibe to him. Give him his flowers please! :)

I swear to god you can’t move through the store with 7 employees harassing you around every move you make. I told ALL OF THEM, I don’t need any help!!!! The store is so small that there’s no way you need help. Stop harassing your customers for FFS!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Brought in a product that wouldn't open and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Like it's my fault they sold me a faulty product??

If 0 was available I’d give it to them. From the minute I walked in, to asking for a manager & be given to another sales rep, to product availability; I will not be returning to this store ever again. Rude, unprofessional, and overall didn’t like how things were handled.

Went into this location around 5pm today to pick up some facial essentials that I was out of. Of course I expected to be greeted at the door (and was) & asked courteously if they could help me. I declined, wanting to kind of free roam & shop, but before I could get into a 2nd aisle, another Sephora employee greeted me again & asked if they could help.
Since they're here, I asked to see the Innisfree. They took me to the correct spot, handed me that product I was looking for then asked was there anything else?
Of course, Youth to the People. He gestured politely to the end cap facing our left & said someone would be right over.
Before I could even stare at it to decide what I wanted (and make a phone call) another person was asking if I needed help.
I politely declined.
Finally, I decided to mosey on over to the perfume section (with several eyes on me) since I wanted to sniff the Tom Ford. Couldn't get that far, ANOTHER sephora employee is in my space asking if i needed help & forcing conversation about scents.
I didn't even bother to try a scent. I just went to the check out line--where I had to wait over 5 minutes to check out because there was only 1 register open & three folks ahead of me.
Do we see the problem with this?
Sephora corporate office is so worried about loss prevention, they've made the experience of shopping unpleasant. The store WAS NOT busy (maybe 5 other people shopping) and the aisles have been redesigned shorter so you can see folks walking around plus, only loss prevention & God knows how many cameras are there.
YALL CAN SEE ME EVERYWHERE I GO. Let me mosey & shop & daydream in peace. If I need any assistance I PROMISE i can find someone. it made me NOT WANT TO spend my money there. Truly had it not been 5pm traffic in Houston, TX on a wednesday, I would've left without any product & found peace of shopping at Ulta off of Studemont St.
And when I did leave, two more people said goodbye-- two people who could've been on a register.

This is the worst sephora in the city. Extremely unprofessional staff that don’t want to do their job, poor product knowledge, and will gaslight you into thinking something is out of stock, when it says it’s fully in stock online, because they don’t want to actually look for it in the back and open a box.
Online pickup orders take longer than 2 hours to be ready, because again, these employees don’t want to do their actual job, so I had to call and check on the order 2.5 hours after I placed it, and they were still “finishing it up”.
I will only come to this Sephora as an absolute last resort if something I want is sold out EVERYWHERE else in Houston. Terrible terrible customer service.

Miracles absolutely SLAYED my 60 minute full face session! I’ll admit- I don’t really know what I want when it comes to a more formal look so I showed her a picture, we discussed colors, and she did her thing keeping me informed the whole way! I’ve never felt more gorgeous and grateful! Thank you, Miracles ❤️

This store opens at 12 on Sunday, not 11! Someone needs to fix this online.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Sephora. Poor customer service, and the manager is completely okay with her team behaving in such an unprofessional manner. Don’t waste your time or money, just go over to the Target next door.

Of all Sephora locations I go to, the staff in this one actually seem like they know what they’re doing and they were quick at helping me and hearing my concerns❤️
