All the times that I’ve shopped at this particular Sephora, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The employees here are actually very kind and helpful without the attitude. I love coming here and they’re always willing to help. Thank y’all!

This was maybe one of the most displeasurable Sephora shopping experiences. Between the loss prevention man glaring you down while having a fake phone conversation via headphones and trying to present as a regular shopper. And the associates just standing around you, a breath away, pretending to stare at a shelf— I felt so uncomfortable. Most of my skincare comes exclusively from Sephora, but I don’t think I’ll be going back into this store.

I went in today looking to be shade matched for a Nars foundation.Normally, just standing in an isle a staff member will greet you and asked if you’ll like to be shade match, did not happen but that’s ok , figured they are busy. I saw no employees near by. Once I found an employee I asked if I could get shade match she asked me for what makeup isle and my name and told me to wait there that someone will be there. I stood and waited while I looked at the foundation thinking which shade will most likely be. An employee came by but she was with another customer and no excuse me , I was just pushed out the way, 10 minutes later still no Staff to shade match so I left and went to a different location . This location has bad customer service.

The store is in a prime location and is usually stocked pretty well. However the lines here are always long as there are only two registers and most of the time there is only one person working the register.Maybe today was just an understaff day but I waiting so long for someone to help me and then they couldn’t find the product that said in stock online. I will probably just stick to ordering online or at another location unfortunately.

Love having a Sephora close by but the line to check out is so so slow. Every time I’ve been in, the line is almost out the door.

I was so shocked to find out sephora has its own store that isn't in the mall. I loved this location, it was so clean

I just left this establishment 5 minutes ago ago & will never go back againI am an older woman(63) with money to spend & just wanted to ask a question where a favorite product was. Asked 2 of your staff & they completely ignored me. Just walked away to help younger customersYour staff is really missing the mark here ignoring & rude to us older gals

A well stocked location but the line at the register is always unreasonably, laughably, frustratingly long. They are apparently not understaffed - there are always multiple staff members walking around - but for some reason there is always only one person at the register.

This Sephora opened in November 2023. I got an email for this location as a Beauty Insider. It was exciting because I walk to Target a few doors down and on the Heights trail. We were anticipating the opening when we first saw the sign. No more Subway here, and that's ok because World of Sourdough and Cheba Hut are close if you need a sandwich fix. I braved the icy weather and went for a mini trek here. When you walk in, you smell all the perfumes and are greeted by staff. Each one of them were helpful in assisting me to find a moisturizing lipstick. I literally tried 3 or 4 from 3 different brands before I landed on an every day color from Fenty. Yassss, RiRi. I also needed a Caudalie product I was running out of. Ulta, which is literally on the other side, doesn't carry higher end cosmetics or skincare or my new favorite perfume, so this is perfect that there's a freestanding Sephora here that's not in a mall or Kohl's. This location is neatly organized and clean. Decent size. It shares a parking lot with Target and some smaller establishments like a nail salon and cash place. Or, if you're a walker/runner or live nearby, stop by from the trail.

Y'all. Finally, there is a Sephora in The Heights! No longer need to brave the Galleria or Rice Village parking.. It's in the Target strip center where the Payless Shoe store used to be. I'm not sure when they opened, but it opened just in time for last minute holiday stocking stuffers.
