I took my 2021 Honda Pilot here a few months ago for repairs to the whole bumper as I was rear ended and had a horrible experience! First, not all repairs were done, there was a part on the back above the bumper that nothing was repaired and my car was given back to me incomplete. When I noticed and called as soon as I got home, I was told that that damage was not due to the accident (even though every part around that damage was repaired due to the accident). I took my car back when the manager finally accepted that they did not fully repair/ inspect my car. Well I picked my car up once again and even though the part was repaired, a new long scratch managed to "appear" lower in the bumper where I had showed them there was another scratch that needed to be painted. I took my car home that way because I no longer trusted this shop. The worse part is that they did not properly repair/ adjust my back up camera so now the sensor goes crazy out of nowhere when I'm backing up even when there is absolutely nothing there!!! This was after they supposedly sent my car to the dealership to fix this very issue. I would NEVER again trust this shop for any repairs.

I just went to this location to get an estimate on my car and the young lady sitting at the desk was very very unprofessional and rude to me...as I was explaining to her that my car was hit by a school bus and she just had a smurk on her face as if I was standing in her face lying to her about my car being hit.

They put used auto parts on your vehicle and use cheap paint that peels off within a year.

It is unacceptable that Service King changed the due date four times without reaching out to me. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to the customer. Service King should have made it a priority to keep me informed about any changes or delays to your vehicle repair.Furthermore, it is concerning that Service King kept forgetting to order the parts they needed, which only delayed the delivery even further every time. This is not only frustrating for the customer but also shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer's time and needs.To make matters worse, it seems that Service King does not care about the customer journey and how their disorganization and lies are negatively affecting people's lives. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's values and priorities.In conclusion, I would not recommend Service King to anyone looking for a reliable and professional vehicle repair facility. The lack of communication, disorganization, and disregard for the customer's needs are concerning and should not be ignored. It is important for companies like Service King to prioritize their customers' satisfaction and work towards improving their processes and communication to avoid similar situations in the future.Today I am still without a vehicle and it has been over 47 days since I left the car with them.I don't know why Allstate recommended this location.

Went there for an estimate, nearly 2 months later and report is still not ready. The guy is never available. Last time I went there for work, they didn't do it.

The service with Service King Collison-North was a great experience from making an appointment to getting a rental and most definite the work that was done on my vehicle. I was informed by a text and phone call from a representative and it was done before the date provided to me. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend tem for everyone that needs body work fone on their vehicle. My mother was advised by Allstate to bring her car to this shop, unfortunately. The insurance gave them a large amount to repair the vehicle. The day my mother picked her vehicle the repairs were subpar, the passenger door had been damaged by their “repairs” and they refused to take accountability. In particular the Spanish speaker they dealt with was very unprofessional. They do not strive to make sure their customers are satisfied as they claim on all the the responses from negative reviews.Steer clear of this place , not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. Save yourself the time and get your car fixed at a shop that actually does quality work.

They fixed the damage just fine, but a part was left loose and flew off my car. It took a month for them to get the part when I took it in to get fixed they noticed that they needed another part, that took another two weeks to get and now my car is back to where is was before the accident.
