Awesome :) Had to get my phone fixed a few times at a different place, then Shatter Repairs explained to me exactly how that other place had messed up my phone (as in they pried it open because they didn't have the right equipment to take the back off) and assured me that this time it would be fixed properly. Friendly service, great explanations of everything, and haven't had any issues since!

Albert and Sam were Excellent in repairing my computer within 2 hours. Other places wanted to send it off and charge me to get diagnosed. Highly recommend!

Took my kid's phone in and they took care of it right away. The tech explained all the options and it was fixed the same day. Fast, reasonably priced, and friendly staff! Highly recommend!!

A big thanks to Sam who helped out so much. I called the day before to ask for an estimate price to fix my phone and when I came in the next day he was true to his word about what we had discussed. The price was reasonable and better compared to other places I’ve been to and not only that. When I got my phone back the work and quality was great and good as new. Definitely recommend!

Gave me two options, rushed the parts and fixed my phone same day!! The guys that work ate are knowledgeable about phones and phone screens and give great customer service!! Stayed open later to fix my phone!! Great price and location!!

My phone stopped connecting to the Internet. I had called my service provider 6 different times, and they did not fix my problem. I went to SHATTER CELL phone repair in Houston. Sam had my phone for only 1 minute and figured out what the problem was. He didn't even charge me for fixing it. If I ever need help again this is where I will go. I highly recommend SHATTER CELL to anyone needing help with their cell phone.Thank you, Sam!!

If you're in need of any cellphone repairs, don't walk...RUN HERE. Sam is the best all around nice guy. I came back 10-16-23 after I came in about 4 months ago for my battery to be replaced. I came back because I dropped my phone in water and within 30 minutes Sam had my phone back up and running. I was thinking it couldn't be fixed and thought I would have to purchase a new phone. I drove 30 minutes just to come back and it was well worth it. His prices are very reasonable as well.

This was the first time I had my phone repaired ever, and it will probably be the best time I had. Not only did he repair my phone screen in less than 10 minutes, the prices were very affordable ($90 for iPhone 11), he ALSO threw in a phone case and screen protector at discounts. Extremely chill and funny person, will go there every time I need a repair.

We all have issues with our phones. My iPhone 11pro started being touchy with charging. Enter Shatter on westheimer and Sam.This guy took 15 minutes and my phone charges every time now.I will be coming back and letting others know this is the spot.Great service and quality work!
