Car inspection supposedly opened at 9am so I left my car with attendant, but I only found out when I called to check…that the inspector wouldn’t arrive until 10:30am

Station took $33.32 from me without me getting gas and says they can’t do anything about it.

The gas station is always full of cars that aren’t refueling but are occupying the spots meant for refueling.

I have come here five times to fill the air in my tires with their automated machine. The first 3 times it worked perfectly and was very convenient.
The fourth time (late 2023) the machine malfunctioned, but the woman working inside the gas station was very helpful and polite.
The fifth time, the machine did not work AND led to an air pressure decrease in my tires to the point that I was worried about having a flat tire. I came in at pressure 38 psi and it got down to 33 psi before I abandoned the terrible machine.
The man working inside the gas station told me that he could not help me. He had no idea how the machine worked. It wasn’t his responsibility. I asked him to put an “out of order” sign on the machine so no one else would have problems. He said there should be one on there, but someone took it off.
He told me to call the phone number on the air machine, but it was so dark back in that corner and it was getting late, so I left.
Overall, a very stressful and negative experience.
This final incident occurred at about 7:30 PM on 10/21/2024.

Great price. No help with the people that work here. Pumps are always jammed.Don't use them for anything else but gas. Tried to charge me five bucks for air??

My car over heated and needed repairs. I paid on line with my credit card. They sent me an email that they would not accept credit card payments for a car this old 2008 with this amount of repairs. $3400 they gave me a 5 percent discount for the delays. Over a weeek they did not order parts or begin repairs until I brought them a cashiers check. Terrible service. Do not use this facility for any car repairs.

Whenever I go there, which is in the afternoons, it's the same lazy girl who obviously hates her job. When I walk in, she's either on her phone speaking to someone or she's on the computer. Even though she sees you walk in, she doesn't acknowledge you until you say, "Excuse me?" Then she'll start doing her job, with a very negative attitude. If you don't like your job, quit, and give it to someone who's appreciative.

Prices are better than others in the area. Gas pumps at a good speed. Only complaint is the pumps were pretty grimy, I felt like I needed to wash my hands twice after touching them.

I wish I could give this gas station a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!! The staff is NOT helpful at all. The card slots on the pumps don't work & when you go inside to ask the cashier if there is a problem, she doesn't know and can't explain why the slots aren't working. LOST my business! #MADAF

I love this neighborhood mechanic. Zoe is great. They have a wonderful system in place for reviewing diagnostics and approving work orders, with prices detailed out and parts displayed so you can check them against prices online, and I’ve always found the pricing to be incredibly fair. They text you if anything changes. I’m often offered a drink from the cooler if I need to drop off my vehicle, and they have offered a ride service to take me home. LOVE THIS GARAGE! Y’all, it’s that good.
