Both this shell and the one across the street stated they were open 24 hrs. Do not go by the hours posted by the store or Google maps. We needed gas and it was 12:45am and neither was open. Thank God my husband knows this area and knew there was a Chevron about a mile down tidwell that truly is open 24 hrs and we barely made it there. If you need gas and it's after midnight get it before you get to the Pinemont exit folks or you will be going way out of your way.

Rude service. Why close bathrooms? as if humans stop needing to use the restroom. I dont bring my business to stores that treat HUMANS worse than animals. They dont deserve a penny or a breathe of good air. Every hand involved will reap what they have sown. The LORD Had Spoken! Went right down the street to Star Stop with a full parking lot meanwhile shell had only the workers car there and she was on her phone. Time is 4:52am on Tuesday 2-18

Horrible service, Both stores are owned by the same person according to the person at the counter. Trying to fill up the tank and use the restroom. Owner does not want the restrooms used. All I use is Shell gas?? No bueno!! This store already has horrible reviews and high gas prices.

They must have lost power and resold the dairy goods. Bought pint of ice cream and some ice cream pops and they all were like flat and like it melted then were refrozen. They had some buñuelos they expired the next day. Honestly don’t trust these people .

This place is chaos at the busy intersection of traffic and panhandlers with puppies. If you need some gratitude in this world just bring a sandwich and come sit in the parking lot.

New gas station looks really nice, but they lock the restroom doors so that the homeless in the area can't use them. Well that makes it difficult for the customers doesn't it.

Employees leave the bathroom locked and out of order so they don't have to clean it. Sunday at noon and 4pm. And attitude if you ask.
