I’ve come here a few times with no problems. Today Paul told me that I could not buy scratch cards with my debit card. Mind you I’ve been buying my scratch cards here for months with my debit card. He truly lacks customer service and he only acts like that with African Americans. I literally felt so disheartened that I left everything I was going to purchase at the counter.

Hey good afternoon I wanted to leave this message because I bought some cigarillos that were on advertisements from this location on Friday upon getting home I noticed that the cigarillos were stale I finally got the chance to leave back out my apartment on Sunday to bring them back and just explain to the clerk or customer service rep My experience he then let me know that you cannot return tobacco which I am knowledgeable of that I do know that you cannot return tobacco and alcohol products but in this instant or in my case I am exchanging because of quality of service what I was so was stale so I just really wanted them switched out I was then told by him that I would have to wait until Friday to resolve my problem because I'll have to work with the person who sold the cigarillos to me so now I have to wait a week to just exchange cigarillos.. I don't feel satisfied as a customer because it's as miniscule as cigarillos that can't be switched out because they're stale

I came to buy some cigars and gas . The old white guy was at the register . I ask for 5 pack of game silvers. He told me I can only get 2 I said ok so let me get 2 of the white grapes and he goes no I'm not selling you nothing just 2 pack of gars . I was confuse I ask him what's the problem I'm a paying customer . And he refuse to ring me up and kick me out the store . Very bad customer service . You guys will lose business because of him . And I contact cooperate I will have your job

I've been to shell and back looking for cheap gas in Houston, and this isn't it.Located all the way out west in Westchase this is a Shell station that is right along Richmond. It's close to the Walmart which we sometimes use when we're out here. Gas prices tend to be more expensive than other areas in the city, but it's pretty handy if it's late at night and you need it.
