The card reader at the gas pump doesn't work all the time, and the machine to put air in the car charges you and doesn't work. This place is a disgrace.

I often stop by this Shell gas station on Bellaire Blvd by Chinatown. It is a clean gas station. There are some slot machines inside the gas station.

The guy managing this place does not do anything for extended period time and just season an employee doesn’t speak English or Spanish. A gas can I purchased there broke immediately and they said they wouldn’t refund it. He wasn’t even there to deny the refund who knows where he was I would not go back here again.

Gas pumps can't read chip on card. Doesn't make sense why unless it's forcing you to go inside hoping you buy something else

People, be careful with all these shell gas stations since the pumps are poorly adjusted and they steal a lot...do the test and you will realize

I went here for some gas this morning & decided to get something to drink. Most of the coffee machines, creamers, etc were all out & were not wiped down. I thought that was just crazy for a gas station, a decent Shell one for that matter.

Terrible customer service. The Nigerian fella that was helping me crossed his eyes twice and looked at the screen on his computer and couldn't figure it out and I asked him. Is everything okay and he declared that he can figure it out and still trying to charge me twice for on nicotine pouches I was purchasing. This is a terrible place

When you attempt to use your rewards at the pump, the cashier canceles the transaction. I had to go inside to pay. When I was processing my payment, he reached over the counter and canceled the option to enter my rewards number. When I complained, he said he couldn't refund my payment.

I had a transaction issue here, but the manager checked the cameras and gave he a refund the next day. Great customer service!

I like it nice gas station but man so many homeless people asking for money at night I stop going here for that reason if the improve on that then I will come here again

Really sucks for the cashier to be there for a work shift all day and be so much in a rush with no line not letting you use your rewards points for gas. What do they get out of that and refuse to start the transaction over to let you put your rewards number in before they cut the screen off before you pay. Inflation is real and I want the perk that I have options to. Do not go to bellaire and kirkwood shell if you expect to use your gas points

The clerk was rude when I told him there was stuff in the ice and told me to get another one. I'm like wth. I threw my cup of ice away in the trash.
