  Not even 1 star. So the guy who closes on Friday every Friday started closing 10 mins before 10pm then 15 mins then 20 mins earlier now he closes at 9:30 pm when closing time is 10pm. When you ask him why you close early he says the system is down lol yeah right when 5 mins ago I saw it was open. And I put gas every Friday night. And he has the same excused every time.

  I just left this gas station. I intended to get about $30 of gas using a bank card that I typically only keep $50 to $100 on. I inserted my card twice, and twice the card was declined and a message appeared saying I needed to go inside to see the cashier I hate going inside so I left. I just noticed that I received an email from my bank saying that my $100 purchase had been declined due to insufficient funds. I never even got a chance to pump my gas. And I never tried to make a $100 purchase. This Shell is cheating people if their money and I'm just lucky I didn't use a different bank card. This is really disgusting. $100 is a lot of money for some people and it could mean the difference between having groceries and going hungry. I hope they get caught and are shamed and named.Whatever you do, don't go here. They're not honest. They're cheats. They try to steal your money.Next time I'm in that area, I'm going to go back to that pump and check to see if it's one of those false credit card readers. If it is, I'm going to. Call the cops and report them.DO NOT GO THERE.

  They're a shell of what they used to be. I wanted them to still be great but I'm just harwin back to a bygone era. I mean harking. This Shell just continues to have issues and I'm not surprised that others have been ripped off here because it almost happened to me a couple of times, and the gas prices here are a little bit cheaper than the ones around here, but I'm still not a big fan of this particular location, it just has a few issues for me, but it's definitely conveniently located.

  The over night staff was just sitting there and when I asked for some cigarettes he blankly stares at me and I ask again so he proceeds to ask for my ID and wen I threw it in the exchange hole he quickly grabbed the phone and said “I'm not giving anything go away because I'm calling the police !”

  I just got skimmed at pump 5. The one right next to the cashier! The fraudster had already withdrawn 75 from the shell and another 75 from a chevron less than a day later. I also received an alert that they tried to have a prepaid debit card sent to them. Why aren't there locks on these things? I mean pad locks?
