Stopped here because I was low on gas and it was the closest gas station to me. Caroline, the lady at the counter didn’t say not one word. Just had a stank face the whole time. I asked if I could enter my number for the shell points. Again not one word was said, just a heavy sigh and rolled her eyes. If you don’t like your job or like dealing with people then get a new job or find a new field.

I asked him for the discount of the Shell card and El Moreno, who attended me, preferred not to sell me so as not to apply the discount of the Rewar card, a terrible service and he is still upset when I told him that because they offer discounts if they do not want to apply them.

DO NOT STOP HERE!!! The woman at the counter over charged me by $8 for my purchase and said she couldn't refund me because I paid with a card and not cash. Had a terrible attitude. Said there was no one she could call and nothing she could do. Will never visit this place again.

The gas station says open 24 hours and 365 days a year but that is false advertising. I stopped there and tried to buy a beverage but they were locked. There was someone inside but he wouldn’t let me come in to purchase anything.

Card machines don't work, they're banged up , the card slots are jacked up. This shell station will not have my business. I just drove off without confronting the shop keep.
Don't get your gas here .

They are robbers. Bought bubble gum this morning, gave $20 to the Nigerian lady (cashier) who said she didn't have change, went by my car to get her change, took the gum and left but the lady never gave me back my $20 originally given to her. Came back, the immigrant guy working afternoon said he's new, only worked 2days, doesn't have the Manager's number nor the Nigerian lady's number. Watch out for crooks, fraudsters at this location. Their pump leaks and the place is extremely dirty, pastries are days old! Health department needs to check the hygiene of this store!!! Will post on all social media as well because this is so ridiculous that I have to drive 45 minutes back as a customer when the cashier could have prevented it

They have the worse womens working there. When I went there was an accident and they refused to show the camaras and refuse to let the police talk to the guy from the cámaras and even to the owner. And for me they literally told us so many stuff and were really mean. Then they refuse to gave us service for gas. Its Abril 20th, 2021 at 7:25 pm when all this happen. It was a women with black hair with curls and race: black the other women was somewhat short and had her hair in a poly tail or so, also race: black. It was awful service dont recoment. It was her and her coworker.

Always seem to have the cheapest gas of the Shell gas stations our family frequents. They have restrooms and customer service is quick most of the times. This gas station does get busy sometimes. I only reserve 5 stars for the best of the best, nearly perfect. This station comes close, but sometimes the receipts do not print out outside and you have to go inside to get a receipt. A minor inconvenience.
