Terrible Service. There's a young lady there in the evenings on Saturdays and who's pretty useless. I asked her a simple question about Uhaul and she gave me attitude and basically told me to figure it out on my own. Won't be getting gas from here anymore.

The Caucasian employee in particular was extremely rude, for absolutely NO REASON AT ALL and it's sickening and sad people wake up like this. Disgusting behavior and it's shows how miserable life is for you. I'd hate working at a gas station too! Thanked the other employee for acting like a decent human being and doing their job, the other lady shouldn’t be training anyone and needs her attitude adjusted.Time of visit : 3:05 pm July 28th

This gas station allows thieves to use your card at their gas station. Unwilling to work with to provide video evidence of crimes happening at their business. Stay away. Crime filled.

They fired a pregnant woman for having complications with her pregnancy after hiring her KNOWING she was expecting. Management didn't even have the decency to communicate properly to let her know. High standards for a place that has nothing but felons working there. And the ones that work at night act like they don't see someone standing there at the window. They'll walk right by. Also there's two people there that have a nasty attitude problem. But a pregnant woman had to go. Unbelievable.

Don't bother trying to buy beer here or for that matter, anything requiring an id unless you have a Texas drivers license. Cashiers are uneducated on ID types (federal, other states, and foreign). Was told I was using a fake id, they refused to scan it. Oh well, guess I saved myself a few dollars even if I wasted half an hour trying to find another convenience store near my hotel. Welcome to good ole uneducated Texas and another reminder of why I left.

For whatever reason my card never works at these pumps (works everywhere else). So I have to go inside, no one is ever at the counter and I have to wait awhile. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but this is during rush hour morning traffic. I would expect someone to be required at the counter at all times during rush hour.

I have studied the Study-mont Shell for years in order to write this review. When we're done with SW, this is a good station to check out with mid-price gas right off of Interstate 10 on the south side near Heights Boulevard. We sometimes get gas here in the middle of the night after cruising up and down Washington before we head into midtown. Friday and Saturday nights. Bet you can't imagine why.

I JUST got my car fixed on Thursday, but little did I know that the mechanic did not tighten the radiator cap, so I drove in to the closest station in a smoking car. I was on my way to a concert and was resolved that I had to call for a tow back to the shop. But, Ms. Patricia and her co-worker already knew what the problem was, after I described what was happening and asked if they had a mechanic on hand. She told me that she had already experienced the same thing with her car and knew that I just needed to let my car cool down, add some coolant and tighten the cap. I had already put gas in my car before, so after I let it cool down, Ms. Patricia not only added the coolant, but also gave me some basic car maintenance tips that I will never forget. She was my true angel in distress and went above and beyond in her customer service. I was even able to make it to the concert at a decent time.

Returning the truck was super easy and it was super convenient having the gas station right there to fill up. The ladies working there were extremely sweet.
