Its 9.pm here sunday. The cashier stella has closed the door and denying service to the customers . Almost 10 to 12 customers were rejected service. Its sad that the boss has no problm losing buisness

Nathan, extremely rude, brought my kids in to get some snacks and bring the kids to the bathroom. He insisted we buy something first, but the kids really had to go. Very oblivious to the reality of kids.

Wow, just WOW!! I had to use the restroom because in my 50s when I have to go, I have to go. Although I was going to put gas AND buy a drink when I was done relieving . Lol. Well it was locked. So when I went to ask the attendant Tanya if I needed a key, she proceeded waiving her arms and rudely exclaiming “You didn’t pay yet! You NEED to pay cash, you NEED to pay me, you NEED to pay a minimum of $10. “ I said that was rude and walked out without paying anything, but did mention how rude she was being. I just wanted to make sure no one else that might possibly be in a hurry to use the restroom will ever bother to stop at this gas station. I would even go so far as to say I would suggest just not stopping there at all. God bless them!

Stop to put fuel and buy a drink and she wouldn’t take the money she said she didn’t have change then asked for the bathroom and she said idk and I checked it was locked and asked again and she’s like no very rude

Laziest cashier ever ! Don’t come here and pay with cash in change she doesn’t wanna count the money ! She’ll complain about it the whole time you here! Like if it’s not her job to do so

Seyna (I think was her name) is easily the rudest cashier I've ever interacted with. Wouldn't let me use the PUBLIC restroom unless I bought something, was on the phone the entire time, raising her voice to whoever was on the other end, ignored most of everything I said, I had to repeat myself like 4 times, and then didn't even say thank you or have a nice day or go f yourself, nothing. This place is like if someone opened a gas station and just didn't care about how it did or if it even stayed in business. What a joke, what a big unfunny joke.

Bad service from the one who works at night, I arrived almost together with another person through the window, and she quickly attended to the other one, and immediately started counting the cigarettes, as if I weren't there, and she didn't even turn to see me , and I stood waiting for a while, and it was better I went to another store

For this to be a 24 hour location, there is never a cashier there after 2am. It's very frustrating, especially when I don't get off work until 2am and this is the nearest shell close to my house. Either update y'all hours or hire ppl that actually wants to work bc this is ridiculous

Kind of a busy area there are a lot of people parking at the pumps that were not getting fuel and just going to the store
