The cashier lady that was there on 8/15/24 at 4:45pm had a mean attitude with almost every costumer and I was one of them. Telling me that it’s not her job to ask the customer if they have Shell Rewards that it’s the customers job to let her know. If she would use that same attitude with suggestive selling I’m pretty sure she could be bringing in lots of money but she has a different mindset which is giving the customer a bad experience.

The soda fountain in this place is so nasty I got an infection in my left tonsil, and I WISH I was joking... it looks nice and the staff are nice but it's definitely not as clean as it seems

Man don't let these people lie...this store is amazing...friendly staff as I shop here daily..always clean...the subway is 24 hours..they have unique items plus the woman that is always thier is super cute with a great smile and is friendly to everyone..also it's never crowded because they take orders quickly with good customer service.

Very upset! I have worked in customer service for over 40 yrs, the man that was at the register this morning was extremely rude. I wanted to ask him a question and all he did was kept rushing me and there was no one behind me. I would understand if there had been a line. Just bad bad service. I always treat people with respect. I should have just left everything.

OMGI WILL NEVER EVER GET GAS FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE GAS PRICE ONCE YOU'VE PREPAID FOR YOUR GAS. THE AMOUNT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING AT THE PUMP CASH OR CHARGE.They’ve charged me $.90 more than what I was supposed to be paying. This has happened to me several times there and they always act like it was a little mistake. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THE AMOUNT IS ONCE YOU PREPAY. They also have nasty attitudes and the worst customer service I have ever seen. No matter who you are they will surely discriminate against you. Those who have patronized this place know exactly what I’m talking about.

Place is good, gas pumps look outdated but still work, inside its a bit crowded but stocked. Overall 3 stars, looks very sketchy though, beware of your surroundings.
