Shell gas station is small, compared with the newer and larger stations, but has been conviently located here for decades. Station is always clean and well kept with the equipment updated with latest technology. Convience store is well stocked and cashiers are typically professional.

My God... The woman who always wears a bun on the top of her head is the rudest person I've come in contact with. She gets everything wrong. Yells at the customers and is so unhelpful. Just left and she was raising her voice and an older gentleman who just wanted gas. Needless to say, he left without gassing up. Smh. She needs to have a job where she has no contact with people.

Go to get cigarettes cashed in 8 $ in tickets and rest in cash. I forgot to scratch one of the barcode s gave me 5 in cash and then said how am I supposed to scan it, how about grab a coin out the register to scratch it off. That's not customer service

I love this gas stations/convenience store!
They’ve got the kewl-est stuff, refreshments, smokes and games! The snacks they offer are amazing as well. You can always use Fuel Rewards or Kroger points for money off towards your fuel.

Stopped in to grab a Coke and use the restroom as most people do with the convenience store. All the restrooms are broken. Wouldn’t let anyone in my suspicion is the closing guy clean the restrooms and locked them so he wouldn’t have to clean them again before going home, I bet 100 bucks on it.

Gas prices are good here, BUT scanned my Kroger's card inside for .10 off per gallon but didn't lower pump price so lost the 100 Kroger points.

The white rotten tooth lady with colored hair is rude as hell, the black boy with glasses is no better. I went in at 11pm June 18, 2024 that shift is ghetto. This location needs to hire more professional, clean people, the people working there look so nasty.

It’s pretty sad when an employee comes running out asking you to move cause someone just put money on that pump when they were parked somewhere else. Mind you I am standing there on crutches, but that is ok, I moved down the street to another gas station and I will never be back. I have used this gas station almost exclusively since moving to Houston simply because I’m a loyal customer but I will take that loyalty elsewhere. It would have been easier for the cashier to hit cancel than to ask me to load back up on crutches and move. Even if I wasn’t on crutches their mistake shouldn’t be my inconvenience. So now you have another customer parked at another pump, I pull into the only pump that was open that isn’t broken, and your going to ask me to move because she paid for the wrong pump? The guy was all to happy to yell to her “it’s ok he’s moving”. Yup, I’ll move. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
