Waited a solid 5 minutes at the register while the worker strolled around outside. Also everything is overpriced.

Prices at the pump are 10 cents more than what is advertised on their sign. Dishonest it was 2.69 with credit and 2.59 with cash but at the pump it was 2.79. I went in and told the attendant about it and then they corrected it.

Ordered two pints of ice cream through Uber eats. They didn’t have one of the flavors, so they decided a substitution was out of the question and treated the Uber Eats driver-who was extremely nice, btw-like garbage. Sounds like they have some great customer service there! I will never step foot in the place. Luckily Uber Eats will give a refund, because it sounds like they NEVER would. Sounds like a terrible operation.

Simply amazing, all fuel up stations around houston are always clean clean restrooms fresh donuts and very nice employees for someone that spends a lot lf time on the houston roads I definitely look out for fuel up gasstations to do my usual shopping and refueling 10/10

The car wash DOES NOT work! Has not worked in years!! Really annoyed they still haven’t fixed it. There are no signs that tell you is out of service either.

I work around all of Houston and for my job I have to stop at a gas station when I need to use the restroom I normally use the restroom and grab a snack for the road when I'm done. When I walked inside this location I planned on using the restroom and getting something to eat after I was done. I saw that there was a pin pad on the men's restroom only so I went to the employee at the register to ask if there was a code to use the restroom. He rudely replied "the bathroom is for customers only" and told me the code I couldn't hear him from behind the plexiglass so I said "sorry could you repeat that" he rolled his eyes and repeated the code I said "thank you" after that experience it made me not even want to buy anything like I was originally planning to. I understand it was a cold and nasty day outside but, personally if I had someone like that working for me that was losing potential business I wouldn't be very happy. After I walked out of the restroom I heard him rudely talking to another customer about the same thing, so I wasn't the only one. It was a nice gas station and a clean bathroom but the employees could definitely learn some customer service. I rarely ever leave reviews on google or Yelp unless I had a really great or really bad experience and this was one of the really bad experiences. I hope everyone else has a better experience here if you come here.

I filled my tank up bought a car wash and ask the guy if I could get a coffee or hot coffee and he said no no you cannot he wouldn't even get me a coffee himself how rude I spent a lot of money. He should have gave me a free coffee
