This is a good gas station that has paper towels but didn't have the windshield cleaner thing to clean the windows at the pump. Also, there's a lot of speed bumps and the people that go there you gotta be aware of your surroundings.

Friendly staff, delicious chicken, and has a bathroom customers can actually use. This shouldn’t be as amazing as it is, but this is a rare kind of pit stop in the Houston Area these days.

Specifically for an interaction with a female cashier on Sunday, 12/29, around 7:30 pm:
We had been traveling for several hours and stopped to use the restroom for my 10 y/o son. There are two single person restrooms, marked by gender. The women’s is accessible by a key from the cashier only and the men’s with a code from the cashier only. I can respect that. My son went in initially and was uncomfortable so he asked me to be with him. Being his *mother* and that it was inaccessible to anyone else since it is a SINGLE toilet room locked by code and a deadbolt, I went in to assist my son. He finished his business and we came out (to be clear I did not use the restroom) and the cashier - on the MICROPHONE - from across the length of the store starts hollering at me saying, “ma’am, ma’am! You cannot be in that bathroom!” I tried to explain what had happened and she continued to holler at me through the microphone with other patrons around saying, “we don’t allow opposite genders in the bathrooms.” I was able to respond and said I understand but I was helping my son who was uncomfortable in the bathroom alone. She wasn’t listening to my explanation so we just walked out and left. I understand there may be rules for the store and whatnot BUT I feel some tact could be applied to the situation that was severely lacking in this interaction. Seriously - I’m not sorry for helping my son and do better.

According to these gas station employees, people should not relieve themselves, go to the toilet, or urinate on Sundays.

They take good care of their customers. Clean restroom and store. Products are fresh. Krispy krunchy chicken and sides are good! Best potato and egg breakfast tacos ? store manager is very kind ❤️

This review is specifically for 6/25 ! SundayAccording to new rule which has been a year nowYou can sell alcohol at 10am on Sunday but this cashier who is working denied to sell at 11:50am saying the time is 12pm and when I asked her who said that she said the OWNER told her to sell after 12pmThe Owner you better get your rules in place because you are losing your sale or maybe the cashier is lying and not trying to sell anythingThe cashier was busy on phoneNever going here ever againPlus the bad thing about this location is that the restroom is not available for public they have blocked the way with soda cases

This is one store you don't want to stop at the cashier here are unprofessional rude and when they make a mistake they want to blame you cause she was on her phone not paying attention to properly serving customers horrible horrible place

This was the first time I've stopped at this Shell station. The older gentleman was nice, however, the female was rude and unconcerned. Used the ATM machine which failed to disburse funds and explained to her my bank was debited. She kept saying there was an 800 number on the ATM machine to call. I explained to her she needed to call because the ATM machine was operating properly and not disbursing funds and she should put an out of order sign on it. I'm sure I was not the first. She looked at me and said they had nothing to do with the machine. Hold on, the machine is in your place of business and you're s lazy you won't pick up the phone to let them know their machine needs maintenance. Will not be returning to that station.
