Just went to Shell and the posted sign said $2.89 a gallon. I get to the pump and I use my credit card. To use my credit card Shell was going to charge me $3.49 a gallon. THAT'S CRAZY!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WE CONSUMERS NEED TO STOP LETTING THESE GAS STATIONS PUNISH US USING CREDIT CARDS. THE US WILL EVENTUALLY GO AWAY FROM USING CASH AND THESE SHADY GAS STATIONS WANT TO CHARGE US FOR USING CREDIT CARDS. AND THEY CHARGE YOU MORE IF YOU USE A DEBIT CARD TOO. WE NEED TO STOP GOING TO THESE GAS STATIONS. SANS, WALMART AND COSTCO DON'T CHARGE EXTRA AT THE PUMP FOR USING A CREDIT CARD. I'LL GO THERE FROM THIS POINT ON.

I stopped by today and usually I dislike shell but today was much different. The man that was there today was really nice and helpful. They had a bunch of merchandise and drinks. Every kind of pickle your heart desires. Cups of ice , Starbucks and energy drinks. They have so much to offer in their store. I really like the service because 5he man was smiling and happy. He didn't have a problem manually entering my card number because my card is raggedy . I was glad I stopped because they had my favorite drink which most stores don't have. I seen where other people were complaining years ago but the store I went into today doesn't reflect what they was saying. I did t see it. So maybe it's new management or better employees but this trip to the gas station was worth it. If your in the area this is a good place to stop at & spend money at. I will definitely be back.

I'm a traveler so this she'll gas station is close every time I go there t attendant has a horrible attitude I went today and was playing lottery I asked a question he responded angrily because of his accent I didn't quite understand him words began between us with telling me his food is getting cold my last response was customer service is important maybe you need a job where you don't have to be bothered wish I got his name but he's there now I was so drained and floored by his attitude is there someone I can report him too. Oh my gosh

Was going to stop and get a bag of ice from this store but I kept driving because they were allowing a homeless man to lay inside of their ice bin! His dirty clothes and his skin touching all of the bags and everything it was so disgusting I almost threw up whatever you do do not get your ice from this store they do not monitor it and they do not care what people do with it. Also if you try to call this store to contact An associate for help with anything they will not answer the phone.

Great customer service, but the gas prices are ridiculous. Around the city it’s at least 2.69gal even 2.89 at the highest I’ve seen, but there’s 3.49gal regular ??♂️. I guess cause it’s not many gas stations in the area. Good thing I wasn’t driving the car that only takes premium!

They are robing you at this place! It's a shame, because I've been using this location for years and NEVER had any problems with it nor with their employees. I'm aware that there is a difference between paying with cash or credit, no sweat. But then they ran the difference upto almost $0.97! Really! That's bull corn! I better not ever get the chance to meet the owner in a dead end alley, on a dark and dreary night. I'm going to tamper with his masculinity, or lack off.

I've seen some negative reviews, but I've had no problems. I pay cash for my gas here. Shell is my preferred brand of ⛽. The cash price for regular gasoline is 10¢ to 25¢ cheaper than other Shell stations in the area.If I was using a credit or debit card, I'd go elsewhere. Be aware of the credit price before you start pumping your gas at this station or any gas station. Never pay with a debit card at the pump. Skimmers are all to common! Pay inside.

same as multiple other reviews. They REALLY screw you if you don't pay cash. Today the price on the sign was $1.69 the pump price for credit/debit is more like $2.59+. I know they pay more for credit but do a fair mark up don't do misleading pricing...There are too many other gas stations in Houston to accept this BS

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! CUIDADO CON ESTE LUGAR!!It is hard to believe the level of dishonesty of this station. The way they operate is simple, you will drive by and they will have on display a "normal" price for the regular gas. Once you go to the pump, you will notice that the price for the regular gas is not the one they have on the sign. Even worse, the difference in price between the different fuel grades increases for over a dollar. For example, price on sign is $2.10 per gallon. When you go to the pump, the price will be $2.45 per gallon because the only way you can get the lower price is by having a "credit card" from Shell. Then... when you look to the prices of the other fuel grades, mid grade (89) is $3.55 and the premium is $3.89.If you are not paying attention to the price the pump is displaying and you just fill your car tank at the end of the process you will receive a not so great surprise.... You ended up paying $51 dollars for a fill up that usually cost you $32-$35.If you go in and talk to the people on the place, the only answer will be that the price was at the pump display.... business like this can not be trusted. If they abuse your trust with something that is in front of you... Can you imagine the things they might do inside their pump systems and with quality of the fuel being dispatched?
