This by far the worst Timewise I’ve even been to. The doors are ALWAYS locked, and when they do let you, they lock you inside the store while you’re shopping. The bathrooms are locked, the shelves are bare.

Im only giving 3 stars because the day shift are my favorite ppl. But I'm tired of coming in at 9:30 to grab something and they are closed early. Unprofessional the ppl inside couldn't even look up to say anything ignored me and another woman.

It’s 430am on a Saturday, and I wonder how much money this particular Shell’s location has lost…??? I come here, to this exact location, at the least 3-4 times out of the week. Almost every single time that I have come here the worker/clerk/cashier doesn’t come to the service window to service their potential customers. I’ve seen other customers waiting, pushing the service call button, tapping on the window and nothing. I have stood at the service window myself, looking at the worker, who was in turn looking at me and still I had to stand there waitin;. Unsafe as a woman very early in the morning dark hours or late at night. Twice before I just paid at the pump for gas & went elsewhere for my goods (which was a huge inconvenience). Now I just go to the Phillips 66 down the street (whose doors are truly always open to their customers). I will not come back to this store when the doors are open or when the supposed service window is ope business.

Came in around 11:10 the older lady working inside had every single customer wait outside to come in, and when you came in, she would locked you inside and had you wait until she checked out all customers to open the door again. Very strange and uncomfortable! I didn’t feel safe. If she’s doing this for a safety issue, they need to hire a security guard. Worst experience ever !!!!
