I was buying gas with cash around 9pm, and I was supposed to get $4 in change. This cashier folded up the bills and only gave me $2, be careful.

Had 25cents/ga off with my Shell account. This place only reduced their gas by 5cents.Also, nothing is priced inside. Payed $20 for a premade sandwich roll and beef jerky.

I went to buy a Muscle Milk Vainilla 14oz and it cost more than $5, if you charge $3.50 is fine but almost $6 dollars!!!! Just because I'm a tourist without a rented car and staying next door, you dont have the right to rip us off.

I visited Shell, 15811 John F Kennedy Blvd, Houston, TX 77032 on February 25, 2023 at 4:35pm. I purchased only 10 items of candy and sodas. I calculated the price at $18 plus tax. At the register prices did not appear on the checkout screen. I was told it was $28.87. I paid and asked for a receipt. The man at the register refused to provide me with a receipt. I am sure the items were never rung up and the cashier pocketed the cash. Total scam!
