So the past 2 times that I've been here I've paid for a car wash. Both times I've had to go inside and retrieve my receipt. What can you do to make sure your employees keep receipt tape in the gas pumps?

Why the HELL do the monitors at this location display the user ID of a fleet card holder on the screen UNENCRYPTED? That's my ****ing PIN, and your pumps are displaying it for everyone to see!!!
