All I needed to do was stop in and go to the restroom really quickly, and when I tell you, this was the worst women's bathroom I have ever been in. I am not exaggerating. I have used porta-potties that had been cleaner than this bathroom, and what I really don't understand is there are so many people that work there, but yet nobody was worried about cleaning up the bathroom. There was toilet tissue everywhere. There was shit and piss all over the seat. It looked like someone went in and spilled milk and then walked through it on the floor the sink was filthy like I don't understand how this is OK even if you go in once an hour to check the bathroom, it shouldn't look like that ever!. I couldn't even use it. I had to just hold it until I got to my next destination. If that's how the bathroom is, imagine the rest and people buy food from here! No way! Won't be going back!

Can't answer the phone. It says 24 hours online. And when I pulled up it has the open sign on. But the door is locked and I cant get anyone to answer. This is just terrible customer service. Like the job of a gas station clerk is t hard.

Cashiers will try to scam you for money. I won $20 on 2 scratch offs combined, and the cashier gave me a ticket saying it was already paid off. The receipt he gave me stated that the ticket was paid off 2 minutes ago at the same store. The cashier kept arguing that he did not owe me any money. The cashier then only tried giving me $5, then $15.
It was back and forth arguing.
I did not give in to him. I finally received all the money I won
The cashier pulled out my money from a drawer, not the cash register... he was trying to pocket what I had won.
I then gave him $5 and told him to give me a power, mega, and lotto. The cashier gave me $3 worth of tickets. I had to argue with him to print me the other $2 in tickets
The other male cashier tried to scam a sweet old lady.
I was very close to calling the police.
My advice: Check on the Texas Lotto app to see how much you won. Never let the cashiers argue you out of your money
If possible go to another gas station.

Beware. Always ask for receipts and be sure to check on your transactions. I made a purchase of drink and a candy less than $6 and for the first time didn’t ask for receipts since they did not say anything and I was on a hurry to the airport. When I was on my way home and look at my account I have extra charges. When I saw on my rewards receipt they charge me for the items the person in front of me purchased. That person pay in cash. So beware.

Three times and the coffee taste bad. Coffees all taste burnt. And the “cappuccino” machines one quiets water. The others are too sweet.

I feel like I'm a Shell of my former self, but anyway. This is a Shell station down in Hobby, and they also have check cashing and mid-price gas, and a pretty good and popular convenience store, so all in all it is definitely a good choice when you're down in these parts, which we often are, for example if I want to use the gym that's down here - Blink Fitness, of which I'm a member.

Well, this place was always one of my favorite gas stations but there were two men and sometimes a girl who were very friendly. I hadn't been there for several days and when I went now we met a lady who serves customers very poorly. The truth is, she was very rude. It took away my desire to go to this place. The owners should demand good treatment from customers so that they continue to frequent this place. It is a shame that the people who were there before are not there. Thank you.
What a disappointment to go for coffee ☕️ and meet such an unpleasant person, we will not go again even if it is the place we have always gone to but this lady thinks we are criminals or I don't know I don't advise them until they remove her

Stopped for a cup of coffee, clerk told me I couldn't use my card, there wasn't enough money on the purchase. So I dropped $100 bill and then she complained that I can't do a $100 next time. Guess I will start going somewhere else that wants to do business

Two beef Jamaican empanadas at Buzzy Tacos $5 + Car protectant wipes for a total $12. I would call this highway robbery but it's on Broadway and not exactly River Oaks. Hey Buzzy, remind me never to spend money here again.
