Employee was mad I interrupted his cigarette break he was very rude. She'll needs better employees at night time

Employee was very rude and disrespectful because I interrupted his cigarette break and insisted that I pay cash. It amazes me that I have been patronizing Shell gas stations as a driver and fill up my suv 4 times a week. I guess I will have to rethink my loyalty to Shell.

I’m a regular at this gas station. I come in almost everyday for a Redbull. I was shocked to see these reviews. They are always super friendly and have everything I need. I’ve met pretty much everyone here and they are always sweet, and smiling.

The guy that's always there, with a beard and mustache, rang up the wrong price and tried to say it was my fault. Not only did he get mad, but he kept going on and on about it until I just left. I didn't want to be an unwanted customer. I've been going in there since they opened. He lost a customer. She'll lost a customer.
