Went there because they had power after the storms. Had some guys help me take a tree off of my roof to stop the leaking from the storms and they asked me for some beers. Went there to buy a couple of cases of beer for them and was surprised an 18 pack of coronas was $40 and a case of models was $46. Unbelievable! As you can see 20oz drinks were $3, luckily the Diet DP was on sale lol. Will never go back.

I went for gas, and they charged me $100? it's incredible that they are robbing someone, I will never go back to Chell,I will never come back here again, I came to put down $30 and they ended up charging me $100, what a way to steal.

Never again in my life will I enter this store. What outrageous prices. These people have no souls or hearts. How are you going to charge so much for a drink, it's crazy. I felt that these people are racist. How bad they are, and on Easter Day. Bad bad bad.

This gas station is racist towards African Americans. Was locked in the bathroom unlawfully for a whole hour and was late to work and fired because of it. Called police and told them I was being held captive and they let me out right before they got there, after I was let out the Hispanic lady began calling me racist slurs and continued to call me out my name after I was expressing my frustration of being locked in the bathroom. I Will be filing a lawsuit for what happened to me as a customer.

This place does sketchy business. Charged me 5.00 a gallon on paid in cash gas which should have been 3.45, put regular fuel in my car as I do every single time and it charges me the most premium gas price. Manager doesn't care and you can see in her reaction she knows what she is doing. Buyer beware

I am a Driver,so I spend money for lunch and drinks on a daily basis,I also fuel my van here. Today I was lied to about ONLY the Women restroom being broken, with all the employees who are women work at this location including the Krispy Krunchy! Working a 6-10 hour shift with no where to use the restroom? I needed to wash my hands before eating what I purchased here! And to be fair the employees are not friendly at all, Customer Service training is needed for this location,unless the customer is a man that is. Laziness and mean individuals will only end one way, NO BUSINESS!

Terrible service. Rewards error screen, "see cashier", he told me it was fine and to try again. Tried several more times, even took a photo of the error message to show him. He rudely told me to try another pump...same thing happened. About half the time I stop here there is some kind of pump issue. Only reason I use this gas station is the location convenience. I expect more from a Shell station.I will say their convenience store has large inventory of drinks and snacks.

The gas pumps here seriously SUCK. It's already a sketchy part of town and you wanna get gas and get out of there. No matter how much money you have in your account, they decline your card. There is absolutely no excuse for that. Go a ways down to the circle k or the Valero at Vogel and victory. Their pumps work with no bs.

Cashier named Roberto is cool, but the kitchen portion "no bueno". Attitude with mood of not wanting to be there. As far tacos tacos fajitas tacos was dry and guisado de puerco slimy as it can gets.

Very bad experience!!He wanted to charge me for 2 creamer for one dollar!!I was shocked!!I decided to not to put gas there too !!Parking lot was dirtyAll trash cand was fullBad manegment and cheep manegment!!Focusing on charge people more rather than good service or clean operation!!They built this gas station in good location butThey putVERY BAD MANEGMENT!!!!!CHEEP and DiRTy PLACE!!!!!!DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The employees in this location are extremely rude * on several occasions they tell customers to either wait because they work on the system or they are unable to ring up items you place in front of them * not sure how they have the shell symbol * completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!! Find new employees!!!!!!!!!!!
