I just bought a 12 pack of modelos and one individual salt and lime can modelo.. my total was 40$ !?!?! Wtf ? I feel like I have just been scammed. When I handed him my cash I was expecting money back but NO! It's not even about the money at this point I just feel like he robbed me.. it's just sad that you can't trust anyone nowadays.

Rudest gas station in Houston, it was raining and I asked where the restrooms where was told outside, went there it was licked, came back and the cashier admitted he gave the key to a customer prior to me! Very rude man barely say a few words

Wish there were negative stars. Bought gas and a car wash. The wash code was invalid. No one knows what to do. They keep referring me to the 'ghost' manager who is never there and whose phone is never answered, and the other disconnected. Shell Corp can't get them to respond, and so they take money and disappear. No solution or help !

Car wash code does not work. No one to fix the issue and contact numbers to manager do not work. Employees are useless looking for that elusive manager who is not there except at 7am !! And then they aren’t sure !! Even corporate can’t contact them. Scam?!

Bought gas and a car wash. The car wash code didn't work. There is no one who can fix the issue. The staff are mostly oblivious and not helpful, and they keep saying to come back to speak with the manager at 7am! The phone number posted is never answered. My last time at this place as i'm beginning to think this can only be a scam!

The most deplorable bathroom I’ve seen. There was also no tissue in the bathroom, nor even any coffee/drink napkins inside the store. I told the clerk there’s no tissue for the bathroom and he told me they’re out of stock and that I could purchase an entire roll to place in the bathroom.Place is super run-down. Even half of the gas pumps were broken.

Today was my 2nd time going to the store during the day and the door was locked . I knocked on the door at5:50pm and the worker threw his hands up as if I was bothering him . I live right next to this store and I will never be back .

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I spent $25 on gas and got charged twice. Once for $25 and once for $86 that I never spent here from the same day. Went to ask for my money back and was told to come back early in the morning and there was nothing that could be done. Required me to call my bank and have my card deactivated. I'm from another state so it left me without access to any money. Will NEVER come here again!!!
