Was stranded yesterday when my coil wire messed up. The mechanic gave me one he had and got me on the road again. There was no charge. It was a blessing as I was 45 mins from my house!!

BAD SERVICE
We had a very low tire early in the morning and went there to put air. We asked where the machine was and the guy sent us to the back of the building. After putting $2 in quarters it didn’t work. We went to tell the guy and he said : ah it’s not working. We asked for our money back and he said that was not his problem because that’s a different company that owns the machine. RUDE!

These guys are a rip off! they like to take advantage of women especially! went in for something simple, the mechanic charge me a price and when I went to go pay the cashier charge me a higher price. “I’m the cashier and this is the price, he said” These guys are thieves!

Price gauging for gas...was close to $1.00 more than other gas stations...why would they do this? Made a mistake in going, will never be back.

I am ashamed that customer service rarely exists anymore, my wife hit an animal this morning, and it crushed her front facia and inner fender, but it’s still very drivable. I could not be there, so I instructed her to go to the Shell station, and ask if someone Can simply wire up or tie up her inner fender well so that she can get home. The gentleman looked at her like she was an alien, told her we can’t help you, and turned around and walked off. Wow, a poor, crying woman, and he could not care less. She went across the street to Memorial Car center and the manager Kyle, was as professional and caring as he could be. He got her fixed up and assess the situation, and got her back on the road to come home. As a husband, who was greatly concerned for his wife, yet could not be there, I cannot express enough how much I appreciated Mr. Kyle Across the street. As for the Shell station, I am ashamed of you, if there were a way to give -5 stars, that still would not be sufficient. If you want great service, go across the street to Memorial car care and tire center.

This is my new Shell Station since moving from Montrose. Turns out they know my former great Shell Station guys who'd become friends over the years. So far, they've been great to me.Will continue to use them!

I took my car in for a simple oil change and they destroyed part of the engine. At first they tried to deny it. Then, when another mechanic showed me the damage they had done, and I presented the evidence, they agreed that they'd made a mistake, and said it was an accident.They kept my car for two weeks. During this time, they claimed they found several other "repairs" that needed to be done, to the tune of $8,568. When I refused to be extorted, they said that the engine had been taken apart, the faulty parts had been "thrown away," and they could not be put the engine back together for less than $6,000.They are cheats, thieves, and liars. Do not trust them, and do not take your vehicle there.
