RASHID, worse employee ever, talks while eating and take forever to attend customer and wont pay attention to the point I had to drive to another gas station due to him saying he couldn’t give me the rest of the gas money HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO

the worse ! i got out of bed to come get me a soda . i was pulling up and the cashier was walking to the back .... damn near 20 minutes went by and nobody came back . not to mention i called the number and also knocked on the door . this location need to be closed they are not beneficial

Horrible shell. I went to pump #4, card didn't go through and machine just kept beeping instead of resetting.
I went to pump 2, same card went through so I leave it to pump a full tank of 12 gallons. The machine doesn't show any # changes after 4.5 gallons for awhile. I didn't catch it until it finally clicked. Turned on the car, shows 0 gallons of gas.
I go inside to complain and ask for a refund, manager says it's not his problem. I need to call shell.
I ask to split half bc it still charged me for the 4.5 gallons. He calmly informed me it's not his machines that are malfunctioning.
So I tell him about pump #4 and still same response, not his problem. I'm literally looking at all the pumps here and they all show less than 4 gallons and I see people going to different pumps. I'm pretty sure ppl cannot fill gas here and he just doesn't care.
It's not even the cost that bothered me, it's the inconvenience and the way he responded.

Horrible experience with the cashier Shayal something like that, I went to get gas at pump number 11 and he told me that I needed to pay the cashier and not there and I told that to the cashier and he told me not to pump if it works and in the end it doesn't And the cashier yelled at me saying that I have to pay in cash after my card was blocked because it was rejected because of Shayal. I'm never going back there.

Night time attendant not present. Or taking a 40 min long bathroom break. Either fire that person or don’t post on your google maps that you’re a 24 hr business. Plain and simple.

Got gas there today and they placed 2 holds on my account for $75 and $175. $75 was released when my $40 for gas posted. But they still haven’t release the second hold for $175! Absolutely ridiculous to put 2 holds for 1 transaction of gas! And they will not answer the phone!Update… 4 days later… they still haven’t released my $175!!!!

Don’t use the air pump here, it is broken and will instead deflate your tyre. And its not free either. Tried speaking with the cashier inside the store and he just said doesn’t know anything about it lol - maybe try to get it fixed??? Several other people were left with their tires having even lesser air than before because of the faulty valve.
