They steady taking my money and saying that it will return in a couple days the employee is laughing and playing in my face like it’s a joke and it’s seriously unprofessional when this has happened to me more then once

Rude associates ...no matter what time of the day ... I mean I get it, they deal with some pretty sketchy and untrustworthy people on a daily basis but they have a job to do and being rude and obnoxious and some even cocky and arrogant is not their employee handbook. Just saying 🤣

Nasty attitude behind a fountain drink that was straight water, wouldn't let me replace it with.
The manager to be exact, yelling through the phone with her employee. Super stupid!
