Desmond Davis is a quality employee at this Shell station that shouldn't be overlooked. He's worked here for years, he's dependable, loyal, and management hopefully appreciates this about him. This is quite an impressive tenure for this type of job. His people skills shined through during our interaction.
Also, on a separate note, for a Shell station the prices are very reasonable . I've heard people complain about the doors being locked, but I think due to the area this is justified, and not anything for which this establishment should be judged. ...

If I can give a 0 star, I would. Bad service. They always have the doors locked. When needing them to add for the fuel rewards to save in gas, they don’t put it in the system. Trying to save $0.20 on gas and they ignore it. At night, at 7, they usually not there and have to be banging on the window until they come up to assist you

'Wonderfully honest Cashier, Ms. Linda, realized that I'd given her $5 (in cash) more than I'd requested to have paid to my pump. She, immediately, gave me back my extra $5 bill, even after I insisted she was wrong. Thank you, so much.

The cashier was very unprofessionalShe lacks customer serviceIn my opinion she shouldn't be working there.All I did was ask for a receipt since it did not print outside.Told her they have done it for me and she gets an attitude telling me there's no paper so I told her to tone it down and she says you be careful and gets up as if she wanted to scare me.Was that a threat? It's people like that give locations a bad name.

Awful awful overnight employee . Cashier Linda has no sign posted saying closed for cleaning etc. She looks at you at the window and keeps walking , if you do make eye contact she yells and rudely says just a damn minute and huffs and puffs when she waits on you like your bothering her !!! Awful unprofessional nin Customer friendly employee . A employee had to sneak and give me local corporate contact number . The local corporate office is called Landmark. Please complain if you experienced similar treatment . No one should feel your bothering a employee to wait on you as a customer. We work too hard for our money!!

So Apparently they DO NOT ACCEPT Coins I went in there with about 10$ in quarters and they didn't not want to accept it hopefully the district manager Felishaa does something about this. Their manager is trash talking about we are not on a coin shortage but have stickers all around the building saying we're on a coin shortage sounds like a huge scam going on .
