Came into the store and cashier said we can’t buy lotto scratch ticket because it’s already night time, and he said it with an attitude. We went to a different gas station afterwards, and they let us buy a lotto ticket with no problem at all. We feel like we wasted our time going to the first gas station, this will be our last time coming here.

"Open 24 Hours" is literally printed on the window. At 12:09 AM on June 2, 2023, the kid working the counter was refusing to let any customers (there were 3 of us trying) in, waving his hand under his chin to indicate the store was closed. Either the glazing on the window is blatantly lying - and, hello BBB, false advertisement is illegal - or the kid working is simply stealing from the owner of the Shell station and refusing to serve customers in a 24 hour establishment. Either way, I will never return.

Came here cause it's supposed to be open 24 hours anyways I guess I interrupted the man that was watching a movie in there and I asked if I can get a 6 pack of beer and he didn't sell to me he said to come back at 5 they're supposed to sell beer til 1 I got there with 5 minutes til beer couldn't be sold.

People who work here continously change their policies and make buying things difficult. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Half of the pumps don’t work. Pumps won’t take your card. You have to go inside, mandatory. For some reason pumps load your car very very slowly... I think some maintenance is needed here!
