If I could give zero stars, I would.
Let me save someone else the headache: DO NOT take your car to this shop unless you want to waste your money and risk major damage to your vehicle.
After taking my car here multiple times and trusting this mechanic with repairs, I recently had another certified mechanic inspect my vehicle. What they found was absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
Let’s start with the fact that the cylinder head had no gasket and was sealed with silicone. Yes—SILICONE. For anyone who knows cars, that’s not only wrong, it’s completely unprofessional and not even close to the proper way to seal a cylinder head. This wasn’t just a shortcut—it was straight-up negligence.
Next, the valve cover was completely saturated with oil, and oil had leaked all over other parts of the engine. And to make things worse, one of my cylinder plugs wasn’t even connected. My car had been running on three cylinders instead of four, which led to more issues and expensive damage.
I paid good money thinking I was getting real, trustworthy service—only to find out I was being taken advantage of. This shop clearly does sloppy, careless work and lacks basic integrity. There’s no accountability, no professionalism, and no reason anyone should risk their vehicle here.
I now have to pay again to fix what they failed to do correctly the first time, and I’ll be reporting them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I’m also warning everyone I know to steer clear.
Please don’t learn the hard way like I did. Find someone qualified, experienced, and honest—because this ain’t it

This is my ho to auto care shop for years. Mr. Wel's service is always friendly, upfront, and on point. Very knowledgeable mechanic and process driven professional. They let me know what all i needed, how much the cost was and was willing to work with me and my budget. I will always rely on this shop for all my auto care. Thank again team for all the hard work. 🙏🏼

I don’t recommend this place! My mother went for an oil change and now her car it’s leaking oil! She took it back to stop the leak but it’s still leaking!

Had my car towed here 3 times for the same issue. Each time they had a different diagnosis for the issue. After paying over $500 in new parts (Alternator, Belt, Battery), they finally diagnosed it as a loose wire. They then proceeded to improperly glue the wire to the alternator. This mistake resulted in my car shutting down on the freeway, and me being stranded in 105 degree weather. Luckily, I was able to find a mobile mechanic to install a new wire properly!Services: Electrical

Sent my car here for an oil change and brake fluid exchange. What should have been a few hours of work turned into A MONTH of waiting. According to them, they couldn’t reprogram my car (since it was a hybrid) and needed to send it to the dealership. Now, as a customer, I would have expected for a car shop to either be able to do work on my car or be honest that they’re not able to do certain work. But within the month of waiting, I didn’t get much an update from them unless I kept on calling them and in the end, I had to pay part of the reprogramming fees which should have been done in their part and NOT the customer. Now, please be cautious of sending your car here for repairs. This is how I got my car back after a month. Dirty, things stolen, things got moved everywhere, and paid more than I should have.
