This shell sucks I scanned my card at the pump and they took all the money out and put a hold on my card talked to the manager about it and she was very rude and told me there is nothing that can be done

I love getting gas and snacks here. Customer service is always the best!!! Nilufer, Vina, and Donna are my favorites! They are always very sweet and have great customer service!

The new black girl you hired had a bad attitude and poor customer service I spoke she didn't say nothing back but is this all you need I bought 2 teas she wouldn't put the stuff I bought in the bag I had to say is this bag for me she said yes buy still didn't bag my things not a good look at all

I’m typically not one to leave reviews unless I’m just wowed. I spend a lot of time on the road for work and use primarily Shell. This particular Shell/Timewise was hands down the cleanest, most organized facility I’ve been to. I walked in and everyone was working diligently keeping the place in order and the customer service from Donna in particular was stellar. I can tell they take pride in their work.

The premium prices are a little high here but overall it’s a decent place to stop and get gas and maybe some snacks too!

The owners the managers bunch of jerks ! They make hundreds of people wait in line for gas without putting a sign saying cash only. So many people waited for hours for nothing.

To the Store Owner or ManagerTeach your employees the rules correctlyGabriella the cashier who has no knowledge and very unprofessional.Me and my brother went to this storeMe and him had different transactionsI had soda and chipsAnd he had a beerBut the cashier asked us both for ID when I’m not even buying the beer and we are doing different transactionI can’t understand how can she even ask me for my ID when I’m not buying anything that needs a IDAnd she refused to give my brother beer because I dint have my ID which is dumb and ridiculousI know the rules of TABC tooSo if I walked with a small kid and bought beer would she ask his or her I’d too ??That’s so unprofessional and unethical
