The worst customer service ever, super rude and inappropriate commentary was not needed. I tried to buy something cash and magically they supposedly don't have any change. No other money and they basically left me stranded having to call AAA to fill gas enough to get to the next gas station.

I went to fill up my bike at the #2 gas pump at this Shell gas station on 5/3/25. Realizing they were out of premium unleaded, I put the nozel back in place and pressed the cancel button on the pump. Normally, as ALL Shell gas stations do, they pull up to $120 as a hold until you finish and then it corrects the transaction within 2 hours. Its been 3 days now and they have not released my funds. I called my bank and Shell and they both told me to reach out to the store owner to correct the issue through their merchant services account. So I did just that for 2 days straight. I finally talk to the owner who refused to fix it and also called the cops because I filmed him to his response to telling me that he will not refund my money or fix the issue. So im writing this review to let you know to NOT go to this particular location. They are straight up thieves. They are so desperate that they want to keep money from an error and refuse to fix it. Ive been using Shell gas on all of my bikes. This will have me to rethink using them or any Shell gasoline in any of my vehicles. If they mess up, do not expect them to fix it. Avoid this Shell station at all costs because it just might cost you more than you expected to do business with them.

The gentleman in the morning is so beyond rude. He has no customer service skills at all. I believe he called me out my name underneath his breath, but when I asked him what he said, he just looked at me and walked away. And refused to say anything else to me will never be going to this location ever again.

Clean restrooms however prices labeled on merchandise from the manufacturer are not being honored. I was overcharged on everything no matter what the price states on the product labels. I was told those are new prices. We’ll update the pricing on the product or honor what is posted. I ended up putting things back.

This morning, I went into the Shell station and wanted to get gas on pump two and pay cash and with my rewards and the owner states that he does not have any gas however, there are no signs stating that he has no gas and I just witnessed someone pump gas right after I walked out of his establishment. Clearly he does not want to honor Shell's reward program I would advise people to go to another store. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

The male worker with the gray hair had an attitude for no reason and refused to sell me gas. I could could tell he was angry prior when I walked in..I didn't argue and simply said ok and left. I will never return there againI went to Heb and got gas their customer service is always great

Hello this is a message to the owner of this gas station 9721 Jones rd/steeple way. You might notice your business is slow there at the station, that's because of the very evil rude guy you have there, I don't know his name but he there in the morning 6am -7am dude has a very bad attitude, cursing people out for no reason, you need to get rid of that guy, my Neighbors says he's very rude to them also and they said they will never go there again. I noticed it's never Busy there, now i see why, that guy has to go, he's losing you money. handle your business and good luck.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND VERY RUDE. I used to come here all the time until i hear and got proof on how they mistreat people and my kids. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT HERE AGAIN. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE VERY ASHAMED. World is bad as it is but having people like them just makes it more ugly. Fix your hearts because this world will humble you ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. Another lost customer, there's literally heb and other corner stores near yall to go to.
