DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE OVER CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING IN THE STORE. THE LOWEST PRICE OF MOST IF NOT ALL ITEMS IS ATLEAST $5. HUGE RIP OFF. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A RECEIPT.

I purchased a car wash with my gas refill. and a day after the expiration day I went to get the voucher updated as I have not used the car wash service. this manager accused (maybe: DK Muqail) me of doing this repetitively and he told me that he has no power he is only printing the receipts as this is for another company not the shell. and hold the phone acting like he is calling someone after I explained to him that this is not worth the anger and accusations. he told me out and point on the door where the phone on the door where the phone is 1-888-go-shell. and when I asked him this is your company not another 3rd party, he insisted that he only collect a percentage and has no power over the car wash receipts. I called the number 4 times in the last hour and I can not get hold of a representative. now it is 3pm 05-09-2025. the receipt should have no expiration day for any service that has not being used by the costumer, and why it is not a full month as an example? my receipt was expired 05-08-2025. Shell Gas Station on Clay and 99 the manager is rude and has done a horrible job in front of the customers.

30 cents higher on gas than the place across the street. You need to get a key from the cashier to use the bathroom and it only locks/unlocks from the OUTSIDE, meaning someone could walk in on you. They also have a sign saying not to use the bathroom longer than 5 minutes. Tf? Disgusting bathroom as well.

They are terrible
I needed to use the restroom and shopping there and supposedly they were gonna clean the restroom and I told the cashier there is no one cleaning ok then I’ll use the men’s and he’s like well also gonna clean
I had to let my boy aggressive side and said
Hey man we’re shopping here and I you’re saying I can use the restroom, he gave me the key, terrible restroom and serevive cashier no stars ?

Worst store ever staff is Rude and inconsiderate they yell at customers over charge for items and walk off when people are in line to pay. I was charged 30$ for 2 six pack of drinks. When I ask why was the price so high the cashier began to yell then ran from behind the counter like he was gonna do something to me. I was on lunch break and in fear of him injuring me before I could leave the storeDONT SHOP HERE EVER!!!!!!The staff will hurt you!!!!!!!
