  Doesn’t honor the Shell loyalty program it said my number is invalid but right down the street it worked. I put gas in my car which IT DIDN’T REGISTER AT ALL. I asked for a receipt and it won’t print it. I just got ripped off because I paid money and didn’t get gas. Don’t go to this place. I had to go further down on Fry Road and my loyalty number registered and finally gas registered in my car. This place is a big time rip off. Tried to talk to the Indian guy inside, but he acts like he doesn’t know English. I’m going to report them to attorney general!

  The person at the counter hardly acknowledged me just pointed at screen instead of telling me the price, the tall slender androgynous person in there was rude to me and my mother, and was disgusted when we asked him or her to grab items from behind the counter, we won’t be paying this place a visit anytime soon in the future and I’ll continue to warn other to spend their hard earned money elsewhere, where they won’t be disrespected like my mother and I.

  I just came through Katy and made a pit stop at this location Shell station which I normally would from work and was simply appalled by your employee Mr. Sheik, who had what seem to be food all over the front counter which is totally inappropriate for a patron like myself spending money purchasing gas and fast food items and drinks to have to deal with such inconsideration from an employee when you have a person that's trying to put there things on the counter, I normally don't have issues like this at this location but training needs to be implemented for the employee or maybe a break room needs to be put in because the situation for me was totally unruly.

  Honestly, I usually don't go into gas stations unless I am traveling but today In this bumper to bumper traffic coming from work and contemplating if I should fill up this evening or tomorrow morning I decided to just go do it now. So while I was filling up and thinking about the very long day I've had I wanted something and just didn't know exactly what it was. Be that , candy or chips or juice I don't know just something that I usually don't have. The attendants this evening were Abdul & Makayle from store #233 and they saw the defeat all over me and allowed me to take as long as I needed to come up with my idea of " bad stuff" . ? Which was two V8 splash juices, honey roasted cashew halves, and a KitKat. . These two were very professional, very kind, very empathetic and I'm glad that I stopped.

  Ripping people off with drinks and more! I specifically asked whether the posted prices were applicable for my items. Instead of saying "No" was told the discount would apply when I swiped my card. Guess what, it didn't reduce and charged full price. When I asked he said "It's like catching fish". I can't believe the dishonesty here!

  Came at 4pm on a Saturday. Doors were locked. Cashier inside wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Had several other customers knocking on the doors as I was leaving. Didn’t come to the door.

  My experience was negative. I am a person who respects the elderly a lot, but the man who attends at night is too rude to put $25 in gas and they did not want to accept my $50 bill because they do not give change. You enter and pay with what what do you have or do not buy bad service please improve this is america

  it’s 9:25am. Sign on door says “on restroom break for 15 minutes”. Doors are open, I’m waiting inside. I’ve been here, waiting, for a half an hour. A lady finally appeared out of the restroom, proceeded to slooooowly walk around the store, taking off her break signs before attending me.I only waited because I needed my receipt, and the pump didn’t print it (as is usually the case at this station).Worst shell in the area, corporate should pay them a visit.Also, car wash dryer leaves your car completely wet, and the air pump has a price listed of $2, but actually charges you $5.

  Car wash RIPOFF! They are just there collecting money for nothing. Almost No soap. Lights don’t work so you don’t know where to stop. Not all the brushes work. What little soap came out wasn’t even rinsed off. Dryer doesn’t work. My was was just as dirty leaving as when I went in.

  This is hands-down the best Shell gas station ever. Matt do that is on the game. Stop in and let him make your day the same Way he made mine.

  Every time you go to a gas station you're hoping that all the pumps are working well, fast, and efficient. No complaints without department, however, the place could use a little bit sprucing up or cleaning up or whatever you want to call it. My point is, it could be cleaner, other than that, keep bringing the customers in

  The car wash of this place is very bad, I took my car to remove the dust and it was worse than how I was addicted to the service station I did not have my payment receipt, I do not recommend washing your car in this place, not to mention that the car wash It does not have any information giving the instructions for the service, how to enter the car, too bad.

  Cheapest shell I've found. Just pump and go. Reviews are low because of the service but I never go inside so I could care less.
