Slow service with no customer service

"Front of store" locked during business hours. Over the last few years I have been there several times and the door at the front of the store under the big Sherman Williams has always been open. The same door you see here on google maps. Sunday I went in to pick up an order because they sent me two emails that it was ready only to be greeted by a locked "front door" although clearly the hours on the door shows it should be open. I tapped on the window several times because I could clearly see an employee up at the front but it looked like he was intentionally ignoring me so I had my wife call. He then waved me around to the side where I entered the store. Of course I asked why the front door was locked and he not so pleasantly responded, it was not the front door it's the side door and all Sherwin-Williams have two doors. First of all I have no idea how many doors "all" Sherwin-Williams have. I know its the door at the front of the store, it's the only door that I entered through on previous visits. I think 10 out of 10 people would assume it's the front door. Why is it open every other time I visited but not open today? Anyway I said let me just get my order they emailed me that it is ready. He looks it up and says it's not ready. It's not ready? At that point I was like yeah maybe I'll come back another time which I may not come back, I'm just done. Probably just go to the Home Depot which is a couple blocks from my house and get the Behr quivalent of the colors. In closing they wasted my time as well as insulted my intelligence.

pathetic service, they don’t know how to dela the customer. I was there at 5:40 and I was trying to find my paint code and when I found it they told me they now closed the register and the time was 5:50 but they close at 6:00, I drove 30 minutes and faced this pathetic service. I would never recommend anyone to go there…

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Very awful customer service! Front desk guy was the rudest and apparently didn't want to work. I waited patiently after the lights went out this morning and he just kept making excuses not to help me. Another customer came in after me and it was the same thing. He kept recommending me to go somewhere else because he didn't want to mix paint for me. Awful experience!

Nylia the store is so amazing and so helpful. You hardly encounter people who go on and beyond to help their customers and Nylia is one of them. Thank you so much for your amazing work ethics. Very outstanding. And Jesus is also amazing and very helpful. Thank y’all so much for being so helpful. Both of y’all are amazing and society is grateful to have great customer service. Not everyone gives good service.

Had a couple of painters go pick up some materials for a project and they had to wait 45 minutes before being addressed. Meanwhile I am on the phone attempting to call them and was put on hold more than 8 times before I can get a word in by Carla, who is very lazy and is obviously just there to punch the clock until lunch time. The Sherwin Williams store in Montrose will take care of all of your needs. AVOID THIS STORE.

Sunday bad service ...they open at 10:30 and the lady say don't have system...and can sell me white paint ...I don't know is she lie me ...but I think she don't wanna work ...this Sunday.....well I hope the manager do some for all us customes
