I came to Sherwin Williams Paint Store this morning to buy enamel oil based paint to paint the house front door. When I stepped inside store I was greeted by one employee & second employee smiled as I maded my way to counter. I was impressed that both employee's didn't just greet me but both maded eye contact while greeting me. This isn't my typical experience when I visit the other Sherwin Williams Store's. The 2nd thing that impressed me was although, female employee was busy with another customer she notified she would return to assist me with my order.
She did!
3rd thing that impressed me was after employee handed me the bag with paint can she notified she included can opener in bag to open paint can. What a thoughtful employee! In all years I have been buying paint from paint store's no one as ever given me can opener for paint can.
The last thing that impressed me during visit to paint store was bill I rec'd when paint was ready.
I rec'd a 10% discount a preferred customer savings.
I know which Sherwin Williams Store I will go to whenever, I need paint etc it's this one.

Though this is not my normal Sherwin Williams paint store,the service and helpfulness of All employees was amazing.
Definitely a positive experience.

Jada the manager was super rude, and unprofessional. I’m not sure who would hire a woman like this to be manager. Please get a replacement asap as this is not the first time I have trouble with her, so has my family.

Chris was 0/10 for helpfulness. He couldn’t or didn’t want to answer very basic questions & I asked him to please save a note to our account regarding what the color being purchased was for (so that it could be referenced at a later time) and as he printed the receipt he looked at it and mentioned that it was too late and I should just write it down. The local Home Depot has better associates. Please train ol Chris (or whoever was working at 12:25 pm on Sunday 07/16/2023) a bit better :)

Fantastic service! Tried to steer me in the direction at every turn, and was more concerned with my satisfaction than the price of the sale! If you want to be treated like family (the kind on TV that loves and supports each other) bring your needs to this store
